“Always stop by Lawlers when we are in Napa. Peter and George treat us like family and are always super friendly and happy to see us. This place has some of the best prices on beer and spirits that you will find anywhere. Also, the kitchen here turns out the best sandwich in town and the raviolis and malfottis can't be beat ( pro tip: get the garlic bread) today we got a quart of clam chowder, it was excellent. Spaghetti is another of my favorites. The store is well lit and organized well, these guys can find whatever specialty liquor you can think of. Tell them Henri sent you if you've never been.”

“A very cool spot outside of downtown! Unexpected location but it did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the live music event that I attended. Even with a busy crowd, staff was attentive. Really cool vibe!”

“I go out to beryessa at least once a month and stop every time. But don't be fooled by the reviews, the egg rolls are trash and nothing to spend $4 on. The meat taste like canned mystery meat and the vegetables i are mushy. Over all very flavorless.”

“Great place. Great, cozy, hardwood interior. Big, tall bar with lots of choices. Dinner was awesome. Penne with lamb ragu and a dinner salad with a local "Taco Truck" beer.”

“I've been here a few times and I will say with confidence that Steve has access to some incredible wines! He has been doing this for over 25 years, very knowledgeable and offers great prices. You can find wines ranging from $27 to cult wines in the thousands. If he doesn't have the wine you want, he can probably find and get it. You will not find a better wine store in Napa. If you are looking for wine not typically available, give Steve a call. Highly recommended!”

“Great spot for BBQ & whiskey. I left my phone on the table and walked away, one of the servers went looking for me down the street and handed me my phone. Great place, food, atmosphere, & people!”

“Date: Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 Time: around 5:30pm Party of: 4 *Black Label Bishop's Blend Novemdiales Petit Corona ($11.95) *Fuente Don Arturo Destino Siglo de Amor ($27.95) *Curivari Seleccion Privada Petit Corona ($7.95) *Buffalo Trace Napa Cigars Single Barrel Bourbon ($9) *High West Campfire Whiskey ($21) We were celebrating a birthday and the bday boy wanted cigars and whisky. Earlier in the day, we did a tasting across the street. Did a mental note to come back after our day of eating and wine tasting. It was pouring rain and crowded when we arrived, but we managed to find a spot upstairs. I don't know much about cigars, but as we were looking at the wall of cigars, the bday boy mentioned the better and more expensive ones were as we got further back. Since I'm not an aficionado, I just grabbed one from the first section, thinking I was avoiding the higher priced ones. Well, apparently that one was $28. I told my hubby about this later and he was like of course! It's a arturo fuente! (He knows his cigars. I don't. But he did say I got a good price for it.) Regardless, I enjoyed it as it was spicy and had more depth of flavor than the other two. Plus, I'm currently off alcohol, so the price made up for my lack of drinking? When packed, it's hard to get around. And rather loud as it was hard to have a convo. But the people working here were really nice. I asked for an itemized receipt and the cashier remembered me. She went down, printed one, and brought it back up. (I initially got the wrong receipt.) Fun place to chill with a cigar, tho in my old age, I'd probably try to come during their down hours. I'm too old to be shouting while having a convo. Lol!”

“Martin was excellent; took time to go over wines from different areas based on our tastes. We’ve been there two days in a row and will return to Back Room Wines to purchase more.”

“Pleasantly surprised with a few hard to find bottles at decent prices. They had some Weller and EH Taylor on the shelves behind the counter along with some Skelly Anejo and Reposado as well. They have a pretty good wine and beer selection as well.”

“A buddy of mine turned me on to this place. It is not fancy, in fact, by Napa Valley standards it's patina is really rough. But, what counts is the great selection inside and that gas is 60 cents less here per gallon than the predatory stations in town. Reportedly, their "sandwich lady" makes the sandwiches fresh every morning and they stock the grab n go fridge. There's a wide selection of beverages and chips to accompany your sando too. It is really too busy around 4-5PM when vineyard workers get off, the line at register can be long.”

“The latkes were very tasty. They ran out of plain bagels by 11a so had a sesame bagel with salmon spread. Bagel was slightly tough. Loved sitting at the counter.”

“perfectly sweet gentleman working the counter. answered my ridiculous question regarding "elderflower". glad i didn't let the negative reviews dissuade me....no it's not a bev-mo; think more your local, basic liquor store....no nonsense booze, lotto tickets, and gatorade....”

“We had the pleasure of having breakfast here every morning while we stayed at the Silverado resort. The coffee was excellent. The staff were eager to please. We tried their blueberry muffin and croffin. Both were excellent but croffin was better. Their breakfast burrito and prosciutto Brie sandwich were tasty too. Perfect breakfast/coffee here will be missed. Enjoy! Highly recommend!!”

“Their beer selection is very good for a small neighborhood liquor store. They don't have a ton of beers, but if you're looking for something interesting, you'll definitely find something here. They've clearly put some effort into appealing to the microbrew crowd.”

“Farm has always been wonderful....and I was very excited to try it now under the guidance of executive chef Chris Bianco. I have been a huge fan of the master of wood fire pizza himself since his beginnings in Phoenix. Unfortunately both pizzas we had were undercooked!! Hard to imagine! Maybe the oven wasn't hot enough but I don't think there is any excuse, so we were disappointed to say the least. The osso buco and tagliatelle shrimp were delicious though & desserts excellent! Glad we went & we will go back again maybe later when the oven is at the right temperature!! ?”

“Very good store and friendly staff, The only thing lacking and that is the same in most grocery stores in the Bay Area is a good food hot bar. All these stores have all the ingredients and products to make good food but most of them make lousy food.”

“I have so much appreciation for the manager and staff of this Raley's!! I came in today to buy a few things and once I got to the self checkout line I had realized I didn't have my wallet. I had just been in Home Depot right next door so I ran back thinking I left it there. No luck. My husband and I checked all thru the parking lot for at least 15 minutes and found nothing. I was left crying and scared. This wallet had all my credit cards and ID. We checked back in raleys and were directed to the manager who saw me crying and asked if I lost my wallet. She was so so sweet and gave me a hug. She handed me back my wallet and said that a man collecting the carts had given it to her. There are truly good people out there. I wish I had gotten the managers name because she truly was an angel to me.”

“I am also surprised by the negative reviews. Last year I purchased some vintage champagne and California Cabernet. I arranged to pick it up at the warehouse that they had at the time in San Francisco. Everything went smoothly and the wine was as advertised. I found their online inventory to be accurate.”

“Great! Thursday night wine tasting is back! ?Update! I've been shopping at Raley's since 1982. Sac State. I've also been shopping this beer sale for several years, buy any 3 four or six packs and get the fourth for 1cent. On August 10th and August 20th I was charged full price for 4. Make sure you pick packs from picture. It's NOT any.”
