For the first time I face kind of rude disrespectful cashier and they're not accepting their own fault also

I just came back from a very unwelcoming, bizarre trip to this store. Having a basket of a few items, I went to the self checkout lane only to find 2 out of 4 open. The older white lady overseeing the section was right across, in what looked like the lottery section with no customers there. As it was my turn to start scanning, she suddenly comes over, completely starts to stare at me like a hawk making sure I wasn’t stealing anything: it was so awkward and shameful. As she sees that I’m not one to steal, she calls over an elderly customer to checkout. As I finish, I look for a bag…no bags in sight: they keep them behind the counter so you have to ask for them….another inconvenience. They sure do protect those precious bags. I walk over and ask her for a bag, and she hands it over with a look of disgust. I’m sorry for being brown and in your presence?
Advice~ please skip this store and go across to Safeway. So much more friendly, modern and you don’t have to beg for bags.

Placed an order for a cake a photo image the image itself the color was not their I ordered whip cream and they did not give me whip cream it was light and fluffy was supper exited to try them out with cakes as I work at Raleys in the bakery and our cakes r great but I’ve heard a lot of good things about the cakes luckies never again will I order a cake here will stick to Raleys when I know they’ll get my order right

We just started shopping here last week. It was a good & friendly experience. But the second time the checker had an attitude. She was young & probably needs some customer service training. I said something & she responded sarcastically & kind of had a look of annoyance.
I saw her name, but I’m hoping she learns how to
smile & be friendly to customers.

Damn frustrating!
Maps said management confirmed new store hours a week ago, that they close at 11pm , the Lucky's on Trancas St. The California Blvd Lucky's is usually open later. I went there. Same thing. Online it says open till 11pm. I get there and it's closed. Sign says 10pm. Customers were trying to get in at both stores. I hope my review changes the hours.

Had a bad vibe from cashier lady(caucasian) . She Was snickering with bagging lady (caucasian)and exchanging looks . So we pay with food stamps and it seemed to have bothered the cashier lady that we were using food stamps and we are Mexican so she charged my wife’s debit card instead of using food stamps never returned our greetings and just completely presented herself as rude .Good thing my wife is very cautious with transactions and immediately noticed the error in the receipt as we were leaving. Went inside and communicated the issue with management . It was determined that ever single item had to be rescanned wich took some time and no one was able too find out why there was a mixup .as the bagging lady had to rebag every item again she passively aggressively bagged our food again crushing cupcakes and fruit in the process But without saying we all seemed to realize the cashier lady intentionally used my wife's debit card instead of food stamps .to prevent us from using our food stamps benefits We felt very strongly that this was intentionally done by the cashier lady for racist purposes . In my opinion any employee who excersises racial favoritism should be fired immediately. My wife and i are a little disturbed that we were treated like this in a luckys store when weve been here hundreds of times before
