My first visit at this Napa Lululemon store was amazing! Gabe was very friendly and helpful! He helped me set the fitting room and hemmed my pants, everything so efficiently. Clean, well-organized store. Will visit again for sure, love!!

I came in to make an exchange for some items I was gifted for birthday. The lady in the front was so kind helped me find what I was looking for. I proceeded to try on the items I wasn’t there for long and then I hear a different voice ask me betsi how is everything going… I was already heading out the fitting room at that point then I’m looking around the store asking for my moms opinion on certain pieces, I just felt him looking at me the whole time I guess he’s the manager or supervisor. Then he asked me if I needed him to hold anything upfront for me when I was only holding 2 items. I had a hard time trying to exchange my items with him the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and I’m just shocked he’s some type of manger or supervisor there I don’t know his name but he looked Filipino. My experience was so uncomfortable, I will never go back there.

Small but mighty! This store might not be as big as some of the others…but the staff is wonderful! We had an angry toddler with us today and one of the employees went to find some stickers for her! We also brought our mom in (she’s never tried on anything lulu before)! Everyone was so nice and helpful, as usual!

They are always out of everything!! Even when it is not Christmas! And they took away the old Wunder Under leggings ( big Mistake) after my last encounter I will not shop there anymore. I bought a women's black hat on vacation and it fell apart after one wearing!

Super duper friendly staffs. Got my first pair of lulu shoe in a specific size and colour here when the other outlets are out of stock. There’s a few markdown items! Parking is just round the corner!

The excellent location for this store is next to Archer Hotel in Napa Valley, and it always has excellent customer service. They can tailor pretty much everything to your size, and love their colors, very, styles, fit, and always durable clothing, nothing like going to work out and feeling chic and sexy at the beginning and when you finish your workout.

This downtown Napa lululemon store went through an expansion not too long ago, and reopened around Aug/Sep of last year (2022). My husband and I first got to visit and check it out in Oct 2022 and just popped in again a couple of weeks ago when we were back in town. Both times, we walked away smiling thanks to the friendly employees, and of course finding something new to add to our wardrobes. We both work in the fitness industry, so between the two of us, we own a lot of lululemon gear (great style, great quality and durability, and overall great brand)!Big thank you to Keith and another employee who was sort of manning the dressing rooms (female, long brown hair - didn't catch her name) on Friday morning 1/27. They were so friendly and helpful, even when I just went to find my hubby a different size while he was in the fitting room - Keith was there!I do most of my shopping through the lululemon website, but from time to time, it really is nice to pop into a store and check things out in person, especially when the customer service and selection is as great as Napa's!
