They are always out of everything!! Even when it is not Christmas! And they took away the old Wunder Under leggings ( big Mistake) after my last encounter I will not shop there anymore. I bought a women's black hat on vacation and it fell apart after one wearing!

Came in on both Monday and Tuesday and every single member of staff I spoke to was so kind and helpful- one of the best experiences in store I’ve had, mostly down to the great people working here!

The excellent location for this store is next to Archer Hotel in Napa Valley, and it always has excellent customer service. They can tailor pretty much everything to your size, and love their colors, very, styles, fit, and always durable clothing, nothing like going to work out and feeling chic and sexy at the beginning and when you finish your workout.

This downtown Napa lululemon store went through an expansion not too long ago, and reopened around Aug/Sep of last year (2022). My husband and I first got to visit and check it out in Oct 2022 and just popped in again a couple of weeks ago when we were back in town. Both times, we walked away smiling thanks to the friendly employees, and of course finding something new to add to our wardrobes. We both work in the fitness industry, so between the two of us, we own a lot of lululemon gear (great style, great quality and durability, and overall great brand)!Big thank you to Keith and another employee who was sort of manning the dressing rooms (female, long brown hair - didn't catch her name) on Friday morning 1/27. They were so friendly and helpful, even when I just went to find my hubby a different size while he was in the fitting room - Keith was there!I do most of my shopping through the lululemon website, but from time to time, it really is nice to pop into a store and check things out in person, especially when the customer service and selection is as great as Napa's!

If you're a person of color, the people working here will not treat you nicely. They only care about their white customers.

Came into the store on 11/18. At 6:05 PM one of the employees was leaving and the other was locking the door behind her and the employee leaving said very loudly and sarcastically “thank you for letting me stay here EVEN THOUGH YOURE CLOSED” 5 minutes after 6. Incredibly rude and uninviting.

Expensive but usually fits me perfectly and lasts a long time. Customer service today was excellent—as usual: engaged, customer focused, they’ll hem pants if needed, personable.

This lulu is very organized and has great products. However, I wasn't greeted but the white ladies who walked in right after were greeted with a big smile. It seems like if you are a person of color they don't acknowledge you, unless you show interest in purchasing an item. Which I did .. but still didn't feel welcome being here and shopping. The workers also look miserable, like now one is forcing you to work here! Go get a job somewhere else and be sad lol

Visited the Napa Lululemon for a couple of exchanges and was helped by Michelle and had a great customer service experience1. I recently ordered a pair of ABC Slim-Fit pants online, but they were not the the warpstream fabric I like (My mistake when ordering). Michelle assisted in a smooth process of returning and ordering my preferred style of pants.2. I brought in my first pair of ABC slim-fit pants that had stitching coming undone near the zipper. I have heard that Lululemon honors fabrication issues (Only word of mouth, not confirmed). Michelle was able to explain the process and was able accept my favorite pants to send in for repairing.Overall, could not be happier with my visit today :)
