I recently moved away and was in Napa visiting family. I wanted to get a massage. When I went in to see if there was anything available while I'd be in town I was surprised to find so many new staff members. I requested Kevin and I couldn't believe how rude the employee was when I was told that he didn't work there anymore and they didn't have anything available. I tried to ask for another therapist Alex and was rudely told again nobody by that name works there either. I asked for the manager and was surprised to hear that the old manager was also no longer there! This location has completely went down hill. I've been a member for over 10 years. I can't believe how much this establishment has changed. I will not be back! I'm glad I did some digging and found Kevin is at Auberge and El Massage Guru and Alex is at Napa Valley Massage and Wellness!! I will definitely be calling them!

The scare tactics that these owners use is unbelievable. My favorite therapist is no longer working here and I wanted to cancel my membership and the owner began to Slander the therapists name and said I wasnt able to cancel my membership. This is not ok! I refuse to pay another cent to this establishment. Please get your massages else where!

I called to book a massage. She asked "what time".. I said " any evening or weekend I'm flexible" . She said " we have no openings" I said "for how long? " she said months and months .. I find that hard to believe. I'm a nurse and I live in Napa I figured they'd have a opening sometime. The woman was very rude. She then slammed down the phone. Seems to be how most businesses I've called or been to in Napa are. Just rude. Thank God I'm moving in a few months out of this state. Attitudes have no place in a business if you want to keep your company open.

I booked an appointment one month out. When I arrived I was told they would not honor my appointment because I was pregnant. When I asked for a new appointment at a different location the receptionist said that she could not book anywhere but Napa. She also said there is no prenatal certified massage therapist in Napa available at the time I requested. I was confused as to why I was booked originally and she had no answer. I drove from out of town wasted my time and money on a babysitter and the receptionist Sarah refused to help me saying I disrespected her. I feel equally disrespected if not more as I am now out the money wasted on gas and child care. I suffered from their mistakes and was offered no compensation for taking my time and money. Later the massage therapist Monique came out after I requested to speak with someone. Monique left a message at the other location to ask them to call me. All I wanted was an a new appointment and they could not provide that and even refused to help multiple times. It's not out of line to ask for a new appointment since they were unable to provide what was promised. Sarah needs to learn better approaches to helping make up for their mistakes. The way that I was treated was completely unacceptable. Especially when she said she was disrespected, I came for relief and left crying cause she couldn't find the decency to help me by booking another appointment. Update, I called the next day to speak with a manager as directed. I was told that she was busy. When I asked how long she was available to call back, as I don't often give out my phone number, I was told by two different employees that they do not know how long the manager is available. Yesterday it seemed they knew her schedule. It is clear that there is no one at this establishment that respects client's best interest. The manager booked an appointment at another location but still gave me no compensation for the way I was treated or the money I wasted on child care. Saying that Sarah would've had to assist me in building a profile to book an appointment online like I had asked. If I had to help a client fill out some questions to serve them the best I could after making a huge mistake I'd go the extra mile to actually help them in the moment. Goes to show how little someone cares, even though it's their job to help.

I went in for a massage, therapist was good...but shorted my time at least 10 minutes!(checked my phone before and after)then went to pay with a gift certificate that was 90 minutes. But I got a 50 minute service! I asked about half hour credit, and was told I actually owed because I wasn't a member. I was very perplexed by this, but not surprised at this corporate policy. If I hadn't bought that gift certificate for myself I would have been absolutely mortified that the recipient would have had to pay. I'm so grossed out by this place, I will never come back and hope others see this. I'm ashamed I didn't choose a local place to support. It would have been less money and way more special and personalized. DONT get ripped off by this McDonald's of massage!

I scheduled a massage about a week ago online for a friend of mine, as a surprise. I called the day before the appointment to confirm everything was all set to go and ready for my friend to get the message. The day of the massage we drove from the east bay into Napa only to get a phone call 20minutes before the appointment to let us know that they were going to have to cancel. Needless to say that it was very disappointing. However the worst part was that they told me I was going to get a voucher for a 30minute massage and that the manager would call me. Up to this point I have yet to hear from the manager or from staff at this location. This is a big disappointment as it was going to be my first time at massage envy and well it turned out to be a huge flop! I suggest you all go the smaller massage places in the valley. They may be a little more pricey but you will be guaranteed a good service.

Far better than the San Diego location. The manager is super attentive and kind. The whole staff is incredibly helpful in the front and each massage technician has been awesome. Looking forward to a facial soon.

I booked a last minute appointment because of a stressful work week. When I arrived Yeritza greeted me kindly and made me feel welcomed. I had Jesse for my session, and I have nothing but the highest praises for his professionalism and communication throughout the session. If possible book with him. It was my first professional massage and I will be coming back!

NEW LOCATION: 308 Soscol Ave Ste. E (incorrect address on YELP). Jessie was exactly what I needed! My home massage envy is Vacaville but I was spending the day in Napa with a friend and booked us massages there. I typically prefer female therapists but I immediately felt at ease with Jessie's professional demeanor. Once the massage began, I could feel the years of experience in his touch. He listened to my problem areas and did not use a preplanned massage approach but used techniques that my muscles required. He frequently checked in to make sure pressure was ok. Although this location is out of my way, I will definitely be making an appointment with Jessie in the future!
