Amy definitely knew about the different products, listened to and understood our needs, and then helped by narrowing down the many choices and ultimately provided us with a proposal for the best bang for the buck that we could have hoped for. Two days later we came in to finalize the purchase and, although Amy wasn’t there, her manager continued to provide top drawer service in a most friendly and helpful manner. Didn’t remove old frame as promised, wouldn’t remove old headboard. They just laid the expensive mattress and new frame over our old frame. This service was a joke and not worth the $3500+ I spent there.

I have purchased two mattresses from this location and will definitely return again. Terrific assistance from John, this most recent time, who was patient and helpful; he gave me options for what I needed (tricky delivery issues) and helped me find something comparable to what I originally wanted but couldn't get because of delivery specifics. He very kindly worked with my budget without pressuring or rushing me to simply make the sale. I truly felt like what I needed as far as size/budget/type was what he wanted to provide. Highly recommended!
