I visited this store and picked up six leather handbags. The cashier refused to give me more than one MK paper bag. I explained these are gifts for staff. I must have one paper bag per handbag. I spoke to the store manager. She rudely told me that's the corporate policy. How do you build a luxury brand and not give out a paper bag with the logo on it? I refused to buy anything. They lost $800+ of sales but they were able to save $0.60.

I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me.
I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique.

This is a very friendly, clean, and organized store of Michael Kors. It's not as big as other MK stores but it's one of my favorite go to MK Stores. Staff here are respectful and not rude.

I went into the store today. Looking around trying to find a new bag I had one girl asked me three times if I needed help finding anything. And then was constantly following me around looking at me as if I was stealing something. I put my phone in my bag and they kept staring at me. I don't know if these girls don't understand that if you walk into a store like that that I didn't have money. I would not recommend coming into the store I've always had people look at me wrong because I look different. And I don't appreciate it
