My wife and I bought a car from Here and Dina, and Jim were absolutely amazing, not only did they do everything to help take care of the trade-ins I had, they made sure the certified vehicle was cared for. But even after purchasing it I found issues with the car that they had overlooked and they fixed it asap and free of charge. Will be back again to purchase another vehicle in the future.

We just bought a used car from Napa ford and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car.from the internet salesperson Dina Chavez up to the owner the whole staff was kind and professional i would recommend them to anyone for service and buying a car. They even delivered it to my house in orangevale which is by Sacramento.they get my highest praise .

This is a terribly run business. They literally screamed at me and lied numerous times over the course of 6 months. They agreed to finally buy back the vehicle and at the sale after signing the paperwork the owner started yelling at took back the paperwork and refused to pay the agreed amount. I left so upset. I have never been so upset leaving a “professional”s office as I was today. Do not do business with Peter Haynes or anyone there his clear hatred of women and inability to take ownership of mistakes has ruined my thoughts about ford period. I was cussed and threatened by this man. Never again will they get a penny from anyone I know.

Bought my 2019 Lincoln MKc from here in Jan, 2019 and everyone there remains the best in customer service. With thanks to Victor, Kylee, Bryan and Kameron, and anyone I did not meet in person today, for taking exceptional care of me since 2019. I would give you all a thousand stars if possible! Scheduled for recall. Great, fixed. I agreed to changing the wipers, charged an exorbitant price. Agreed to them checking for noice on front brakes. My Bad! Then the heavy sale! I was risking brake failure, hurting or killing myself or others. I had the brakes done 6 months ago by reputable brake shop in town but according to Ford used “after market” parts. Job would cost me $500 - $900 to fix. On top of the $225 they charged me for looking. As a single woman with limited income I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I took back to brake shop, fixed with new parts for free. End result: I don’t trust Napa Ford.

Great customer service. And then out within a hour well truck drives wonderful one. Thi'm saying the mechanics should put.Sea covers Only the customer's vehicle why they are servicing it. To ensure that the customer's vehicles do not get dirty. I had a small stain on my seat cover. But overall, I am very happy. Keep up the good work..

If I could give them zero stars I would! Went there on a friday (drove one hour after they confirm what the price of a pre owned vehicle was), I get there, car was not ready for sale, the sales woman DINA, which was useless and all she would say is "I ll talk to my manager" which was a guy called JIM, pushed me to "work a deal" with a price, after getting my info sent to the bank hits me with a 6k ADD ON but that he would bring it down to $2800. I agree and we wait for the car inspection on monday. Dina texts me saying that oil drain plug was striped but I could pick the car up and come back Wednesday to get it fixed. 20 minutes later her used car manager calls me and tells me that the price will increase. I called back on tuesday they changed the price to 54k which is 7k more than what they had it posted. I email GM/CEO not reply till this review, so they are all the same breed of traditional dealership that doesnt sell more than 50 cars and try to rip you off in any possible way! BE CAREFUL

Was grateful to Victor for findings mirror to replace the one on my Ford Fiesta. They also picked up my car and returned it to my residence. This is the greatest service as I don’t have to make arrangements to have someone pick me up and drop me off to have my car worked on.

Recall appointment finished within one hour ! Free tire check and 4 wheel alignment included ! Steve and Kameron answered my questions about the Ford tire price pledge but recommended that I really should wait because I didn't need tires yet. Honest answers and no hard sell !!!

Been going to Nap Ford since 2009, bought several cars and trucks there. Great deals on all of them. The service is there is excellent, everyone there are friendly and very helpful. When the time comes I will be there to have all services done, or buy a new vehicle.

So impressed with Steve in service, it was a Friday afternoon, we had a Ford stuck on a transporter, we went to, and called our local Ford Dealer in Fairfield, they were no help, they could not get to it for a week ( reminder it was stuck on a transport truck). I call Napa Ford, they said to get it in, the transporter drove over to Napa, reprogrammed the key, it took less then an hour. The transporter was able to continue you with his deliveries Thank you Steve, I will be using Napa Ford from now on!

Great service from Jim in sales, Ricardo In customer service, and Sean in finance/documents. I love the location the vehicle we chose. The fact they took their time and made us feel more comfortable than most dealerships. I love it here we will return next year. Thanks again fellas!
