Always wonderful to walk in, and breath of fresh air of health! I ordered online, went to the counter and got my Greenie, at the exact time they said it would be ready. I was so excited to try the new chocolate covered strawberry smoothie only available through the mobile app. I was able to place my order, but when I got to the store to pick it up, there was no chocolate toping in the middle as advertised because they ran out. The server was very nice and friendly. He even gave me some $$$ off coupons for the next visit. He also said there was no way to turn off ordering this smoothie in the app, which is very disappointing.

About 30 minutes in, there were 16 customers in the place. Not a single one had their order. Half had started watching videos, and the noise was insane.So many people came in after us and got their orders before us. Everyone just sat and waited... or sat in their car and checked in every now and then.If you're going to service both app and in person orders, you need the staff to support both. If you keep trying to serve app orders over in-person customers, you'll continue to get some unhappy reviews.You claim to be the neighborhood juice bar, but we are your actual neighbors. This issue has been an actual conversation in the neighborhood. We decided to come back anyway and see if it's gotten any better. It hasn't.It took over 40 minutes to get 2 items.AND mine doesn't taste very good - the balance is off.

How long do you like waiting for your smoothie? If its over 40 minutes, then this place is for you. Minus the health hazards of no one with long hair wearing hair nets, you would think that this place hired a bunch of sloths. I am all for artisanal pride of placing each strawberry in the blender just so, but this place needs to move a bit more faster than it takes for a visible line of dust to settle on clothes.Follow up: I changed my review from one star to three stars due to the owners response. I appreciate the immediacy and acknowledgement to deal with the bucket of sloths that are working there today. Customer service is hard, no one should say it isn't. And people can get tired, etc. and orders can start getting filled slowly at work for a variety of reasons. I hope today was an off-day. I hope this isn't normal and I will try again sometime in the future.

I love this place. Nice service. Crew are very warm and friendly! Cater to what we like even though it's not in their menu. Thank you so much! You make our vacation so easy to get high nourishment for 2 days in a row. ❤️ ?

Ordered 6 bowls for my team at work today via Postmates. Only received 2 of the bowls. Postmates says this is not available for a refund for some ungodly reason. I will NEVER order from here again.

Smoothies taste fantastic, but the wait to receive that fantastic smoothie is extremely long. Doesn't matter if there are people in line or it's empty, the workers are extremely slow. If this establishment were in SF or other large city, where they have more people in a rush and more competition for business, they wouldn't survive. I hope management takes heed of these reviews outlining the problem.

The longest wait I've ever had at a Nektar location. Had to ask for my money back after waiting more than 20 minutes, with an estimated 30 min. to go. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. In my opinion, this location is poorly ran, slow, and not worth the wait.

This place needs help literally. The worker was very nice but why does it take 20-25 minutes for a juice? No one was even in there. One person ahead of me. They actually cleaned the entire juicer as they were supposedly making my juice . Definitely don't come here if you can't wait a long time. I also noticed it need some cleaning.

I wish I had a better review. My only complaint is that the website said they closed at 8. We showed up at 7:02 and the man behind the counter said they were closed in a very ride and direct tone even though the door was unlocked. Frustrating!

Not sure if this is how all Nekter Juice Bars are run, but this location is awful. They take forever, drinks always seem to be off, and the hiring manager needs to take a look in the mirror because customer service is nonexistent. The app sucks as well, not easy to use, and "when you sign up, you get a free bowl," still haven't seen that. I've been to this location a handful of times hoping it would be different, but it's been consistently awful. Last time I went the garbage was filled to the brim, with multiple employees behind the counter. God forbid your army of aged 16-18 employees take it out. This location has left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively, and for that, I'm out.

Local here. I come here quite often and I'm usually always waiting minimum 10-15 minutes for one smoothie. Today was another experience in there was four people working and took 20 minutes for two smoothies. Once I got them they tasted like water and almost as if they forgot ingredients. Everyone acted hung over and moved so slow. I didn't even bother to ask them to remake it as I didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes. Prob will never be returning, money you pay is definately not worth it. Used to be an amazing place but it's dropping off.
