“We had such a great experience at Pet Food Express in Napa! We stopped in to use the self-service dog wash and pick up food for our golden retriever, and Kaitlyn could not have been nicer or more helpful. She walked us through the wash station, made everything easy, and then helped us find exactly the foods we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Great store, great setup, and exceptional customer service from Kaitlyn. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Napa!”

“Love this place for many years! They have lots of great stuff for furry friends and feathered ones too. I get all my chickens and parakeets supplies and food here. Service is great and friendly, they load it all in your car for you too! Thank you!”

“Went to get crickets for my lizard Sat. morning. There were only 2 employees working at the time and it got a little busy. The young man (a fairly new employee) did an excellent job of working the register as well as helping us who needed crickets and answering customer questions! He did all this in a efficient, friendly manor and with a smile on his face! Kudos to this young man!”

“Great place to take your fur baby! Mine has been there a couple of times. She always gets really scared and they always take the best care of her! I definitely recommend this place to take your fur pal.”

“This grooming salon works very hard, and i appreciate the women who work there. They all try their best to accommodate many people and their fur babies. They've done amazing jobs on their grooms as well as making each doggie feel welcomed and part of their salon family I've seen them get treated very badly and still get their grooms done. People should be more appreciative of other people's hard work. I would recommend every time. I appreciate you ladies and thank you for working so hard on keeping the puppies if Napa loved and beautiful”
