Decent selection of products, none of the employees look like they enjoyed their work tho except for the dog groomers. There was a line of 7 people and they only had one register open for some reason, and didn't have someone come up to help until there were only 2 people left waiting. Also thanks Petco for outcompeting pretty much every local family run pet/animal supply store in every town you set up shop in :)

Went in for a flee treatment for my dog, they claimed not to have it. Although The cashier was very friendly he held up the line to upsell me a a 6 pack vs. a 2 pack. I purchased my other items. Reversed and found a better flee option.

I nearly always find what I need. They are great with grooming my small dog. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very unprofessional grooming staff.
I have been coming to Petco for years, my dog has an account with them online where his breed is declared (husky).
I left work way earlier than my usual shift to drive an hour to the store for the last appointment I could find available online for weeks. I rushed to the appointment being 5 min late due to massive traffic in a small car crash and the groomer told me: he has long hair I don’t have time to groom him so I cancelled the appointment earlier.
The worst part is that I got a phone call from them early in the afternoon to confirm his appointment at 4pm.
Extremely disappointing service and obviously poor communication between the staff. I ll not come back anymore having lost hours and having asked for a special early afternoon at my work for this appointment. All that for nothing.
From the other reviews I read, it seems that the same thing happened many times to other people, the groomer canceling or rushing afternoon appointments to go back home. That seems non professional.
Look for better service if you can!
