The employee named Mario was rude and has no customer service. He also wasn't professional at all. I wish i could give him a 0 start. I don't think he deserves being a supervisor, or well he said he was, with all that attitude i hope he isn't and was just lying.

Stepping into the store, you would have no idea this was a factory store. It's cool, quiet elegant the merchandise is laid out just so. It isn't until you start to examine the items that you realize something is up. For example, everything is in a size extra small or small. You're totally lucky If you can find something in a medium or large. The mannequins are clearly some kind of size 0 or less. I felt like I could crush them if I bumped into them accidentally.There was something terribly wrong with the selection of merchandise. Usually when I shop, Ralph Lauren, I have no problem finding colors and prints that I adore. These are the items I hang onto until they are ragged because I still love them. There was nothing like that in the store. The prints struck me as ugly. The colors seem horribly muted. Was it just me or did the selection of clothing seem to focus on tan, tan and brown?There were a few beautifully cut jackets, but sadly it was 90° out and I just couldn't get myself to be interested in a fall jacket.I did find out later that it's between seasons, For the outlet stores, they're finished up the summer stock, but haven't received the fall outlet merchandise yet. Hopefully things will turn around in a couple of weeks, but based on what's happening now I'd say this Ralph Lauren store no longer has a pulse.Fabulous customer service.

Great service and very welcoming staff. The manager garrett(?) was very kind and welcoming. I am looking forward to seeing him again. Also sebastion(?) and damian and cj(?) were all a pleasure to me. Definitely will be returning to shop for my kids.

Went shopping during the Valentine's Day weekend. I purchased a cute little outfit for my granddaughter. There was a lady at the next register because she was over charged and they refused to give here back her money. I had other appointments and paid cash and left. The next day I noticed the cashier charged me twice for the he pants, I contacted the store and spoke with Christian, the "manager"-Bedouin d my purchase and said that since I paid cash they couldn't put it back on my card. I suggested dyed and he agreed to send me the pants and would earns me tracking information via email. 6 days later still nothing. Contacted the corporation and they said to keep trying to communicate with the store, but still no resolution!!!! This company store is a scam . AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Overall women's selection is decent. HOWEVER older Asian female employe followed me around the store. I didn't realized it until after the fact being my husband and I had an amazing weekend in Napa-Heritage Resort and Spa was amazing. I realized what was occurring as I literally turned around to find an employee to try on a dress. Smh

Bought a completely sealed bag of skewers for the BBQ. Noticed when I got home I already had a bag. Additionally, I forgot to purchase flour. Turned right around and went back. No flour anywhere to be found on the shelf and inquired about returning the skewers. Manager said due to COVID, nothing can be returned. Forget the fact that the package is completely sealed and that I purchased it 15 minutes before. No different than people who pick up an item to look at a label and place it back on the shelf. Does anyone else feel like grocery stores like Ralphs are taking advantage of this situation? They are making record profits, still can't maintain items on their shelves, charge for bags because they refuse to allow you to bring your own right now, and have a zero tolerance on any return.

You get what you pay for. Probably one of the most expensive brand stores here at the napa outlets. You are getting quality though.
