They made my orthotics completly wrong ongoing for 2 years then I send in my old ones to help them get it right and they re ghosting me after they said 6 days it’s been 6 weeks.

I used this lab for years while in practice. Now, it provides some of the worst service possible. Definitely, this company is on the downhill slide. I would not recommend or use this lab again.
