Terrible customer service! They will decline autopay transactions, even when you have enough money in your accounts to cover it! Bank somewhere else.

One of the workers Thuy-vy huynh, I asked another employee for her name. Probably the most disrespectful person, I’ve ever met. She hit on my husband right in front of me and asked him out. She clearly has no regard for anyones marriages. If this is the type of people they let represent them, I will be going somewhere else. The sheer boldness and disregard for that person is disgusting. We will be closing out accounts and taking our businesses elsewhere.

terrible service, very rude and disrespectful. embarrassed me infront of customers and the employees wen it came to my father's death. would suggest to not go to Greg Goodin for any service at this bank. or just don't go to this bank at all.

So I went back to this bank today to make a deposit into my sons business account... remembering... I banked here as well for many years.... so I went up to the window... and was met by one of the rudest tellers I've yet to see.... I told her I was depositing a ( sizable ) check into "xxxxx" account.... she looked up the account and deposited the check.... and then told me " I can't give you a receipt for this deposit because you did t give me the account number"..... what???? But you took the money???? The manager was able to give me a receipt... and I told her... "this is why I don't bank here anymore".... a community bank with Wells Fargo corporate policies.... not a good combo...
