The pharmacy has just been getting worse and worse. They keep closing the drive thru. I had a sergery and a heart attack and wasnt supposed to be even driving or walking. I complained several times because i have no one to pick up my meds. They said it was because they were short staff even though the staff is the same amount of people as before and they walk around spending 20 minutes on each person. I have never seen a pharmacy so lazy. They need to bring in more staff to keep up with customers. They call and text several times a day until you pick up your meds so waiting u til they finish all your meds for one trip is beyond inferiating.

Great pharmacy. Incredibly helpful staff and good hours. The lines are never long and the computerized ordering works well. The drive up window is great too. Both the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are very helpful in answering questions and getting prescriptions in a timely way.

Place is very rude I applied 3 times had an interview and was sappose to get a word back for another interview i have called several times talked to the manager 3 times and he told me to re apply which i did and now i feel as though he dont want me to work there now all my applications is getting denied stereotype should ot be a reason to not hire someone race should not matter

first off I want to say Jade is awesome and kind but the male/head pharmacists is so unbelievably rude, I've been waiting for my refill for 4 days now and he keeps saying come back tomorrow. every time I Call in to verify my medications are ready he is so rude! also I'm currently on hold because the super rude pharmacists said "hello, hold theres 6 people ahead of you" and immediately put me on hold half a second later, at least let me say okay or something, it just felt so inconsiderate he was rude again about it. I dread going to the rite aid pharmacy and dealing with him so I'm switching pharmacies after being here at rite aid for 5 years because of how rude he is. pharmacy deserves negative stars and its a shame I have to put at least 1 star because they dont even deserve a 1 star rating. please fix this problem, I have contacted the BBB and filed a report because its very clear the long haired man who is in charge does not enjoy his job and he doesnt mind showing it in his interactions with customers. There is such a thing as compassion fatigue.

Love the ambiance, layout, orderliness, lightness and cleanliness of this store. The pharmacy staff were helpful and cheery. What brought me here was they had the lowest price for my prescription on GoodRX. I’ll most definitely be back.

Good pharmacy except when I get partial fills like 15 of 90 which means 2 separate fills (still showing i have 2 refills than shows I have 2 refills left in February Then in March I get my full script of 90 and it shows I have 0 refills, often the second partial does gett counted as a second refill. Also something that is not entirely accurate and needs to be fixed on this app as well as communication is that my insurance company or rite aids Pharmacy says a medication is due for a fill 1-3 days earlier than the date picked up the previous month. So my prescription bottle as well as this app will always say my insurance or when it "can be due" not when it was released. They always say I picked it up on a different date than what is clearly printed on the bottle. So please correct this error. Print the day it's released nothing else. I can count, mark on the calender but the purpose of these apps is to make everything accurate and easy. I always look like I'm wanting my meds early because I forget what day I picked up the medication and cannot rely on the bottle or app.

This pharmacy quite literally never answers the phone. I've been a customer of theirs for over a year and have called multiple times to ask questions about my prescriptions and have never ever reached a human being.

3 Rx were mis-sent by my MD to another pharmacy. When I arrived at RiteAid, the correct drug store, the assistant politely explained the delay. The Pharmacist also took time to explain that the Rx were filled by another drug store and would have to be cancelled by the other drug store, before my insurance would okay RiteAid to fill them. I was disappointed by my doctor's error and admired RiteAid for explaining the delay. They called the next morning and I picked the drugs up that day. The Pharmacist and assistance were professional, patient and informative

Store very organize and clean, usually cashiers are nice. But when it comes to the pharmacy is a different story, they are rude and take hours before you can get your medication. The past year got a lot worse. You can call and complain all you want and they wouldn't care
