I cannot recommend this storage facility enough—and that’s largely thanks to Hailey! From the moment I first reached out, she was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. She took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process feel effortless. She had a bright smile and made me feel so welcome and taken care of the entire time! We had a good chat and it felt so much more like a friend helping another out than a transaction, which I find really difficult to find elsewhere.
Hailey went above and beyond in every way for my mom and I; She's not only professional, but genuinely generous and thoughtful and kind. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in making sure they feel informed and not being robbed blind by the costs of a lot of storage places these days. Its a really good deal, and there always abit of flexibility if you just call up on a bad month and have a chat with them about it. Hailey was so understanding about any issues and aimed to resolve them asap which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility run by someone you can actually trust, this is the place. Hailey is a total gem and the reason I’ll never go anywhere else for storage. Highly, highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure if I was going to need a storage unit but secured one just in case. Everything went smoothly. I didn’t end up having to use it. I spoke to Alonzo on the phone and he was professional and helpful. Definitely good service!

Security self storage was excellent. We had a large unit (25 x 10) and had only planned on utilizing the storage unit for a few months but it turned into much longer. The unit was clean, we had no issues with rodents or insects and we felt like our belongings were secure. We were frequently in and out of the unit and the manager Tamika was so friendly and personable every visit. I highly recommend this business and will use it again if we are ever in need of storage.

Water flooded my whole storage and ruined all my stuff. They denied my claim, and l lost over 50,00$ worth of belongings.
I will say Tameka was great and did everything she could. Great customer service all the way up until the denial of the claim . :( lesson learned
