I went the this store with my husband, he was looking for work shoes. We always buy Skechers for their styles and quality. We saw there was a sale of 20 % off for super club members. I belong to the regular club and asked if I could join the super club to get the 20% off. The clerk said I could join, but couldn't get the 20%. It was for new clients only. I am new to join the super club. I told my husband what the clerk said and we decided to leave. You could have had a sale, but decided to alienate customers for 20%.
