Had our first Thanksgiving dinner last night on our new Divided Lands dining table. A wonderful meal together on a beautiful table. Can’t say enough great things about our experience working with Florian. He’s extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and very patient. Looking forward to getting our next table for the living room.

We have purchased a number of custom tables and benches from Studio Roeper over the last few years, for our homes in Florida and Massachusetts.
They are immediate attention grabbers and really lift the design aesthetic of any room.
Florian is the consummate furniture maker/designer and business person.
His work is first rate, he does what he says he will, on time, on budget. His follow up is excellent.
We would not hesitate to work with Studio Roeper again!

We went to the studio to meet the maker and learn about the furniture, but also had a “slab” dinner. Wine, charcuterie, and other delicious food. They now offer them in the “shed” than houses stunning 10-12 ft claro walnut slabs. They accommodated our group of 30+ with grace. It was so much fun!

We love our bookmatched claro walnut dining table and it meant a lot to to not only have the work of a wonderful local artist, but also to have the wood sourced locally as well. (Florian says that our table is from a 60-year old tree from the north coast!) And it was wonderful and easy to work with Florian, who helped us select the right look for our space. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you Florian!

Thank you so very much, and thank you to Richard for suggesting, coaxing, and holding my hand the entire way. ... without him I wouldn’t have thought bringing wood into our contemporary style was the right move.
It was hard for me to visualize- but now both my husband and I agree- the right choice and the right talent - you- to identify a beautiful specimen and bring out its magnificence.

He was able to listen to my and my client's requirements, understand our vision, and provide a gorgeous custom coffee table which exceeded our expectations. He even was able to accommodate a deadline so my client could enjoy the table in time for a holiday gathering. Florian's designs start with finding just the right wood slab, and even more importantly, knowing how to best reveal its beauty and potential. It was a leap of faith to purchase the table from afar and have it shipped to Alaska. We were convinced by the unparalleled uniqueness of Florian's designs. We had Florian make us a magnificent 11 1/2 foot dining table for our new home in Sonoma. He is a true artist whose attention to detail is impeccable. We introduced him to our designers who will be recommending his work to other clients. He is a real find and the real deal when it comes to furniture making. Beautiful work!

We really enjoyed visiting Florian at his new Studio Roeper where the public can see and experience his skill and artistry! It was fun to see where his ideas and creativity have taken him in the past few years. We love the many items which Florian crafted for us from wood we reclaimed from our families property.
