While the deal on the used car I bought was great, I don't think I'll ever go back again. They have ZERO ability to follow up on issues whatsoever. I had to follow up myself for over a month just to get the vehicle intake and service information they had performed before putting it out on the lot. Then, when I didn't receive plates for the car after 6 weeks, I called and they blew me off saying it could take 90 days. So a couple weeks later I called the DMV, and they had no record of plates being requested. They had sold me a car with one plate, of course I needed plates. Called them to explain the situation, the sales guy on the phone says that the person to talk to would be in at 11 and would follow up. Come 4pm, no follow up. Finally got an email to contact their DMV person, come to find up they didn't submit the paperwork because they didn't know it needed plates. The service paperwork noted a missing front plate...so that's wrong. Anyways, love the car, hate how they drop you like a hot potato the second you're off the lot. I tried to provide feedback to one sales person over the phone and was brushed off yet again. Had a way better experience at Toyota Concord and Vallejo, so I recommend going there.

I tried to get a service advisor for a major problem with my Prius and I was sent to an answering service. No Real person..,, how does that help me?I bought my car from them also. Very disappointing...

A bit disappointed because I had the best customer service when I was purchasing the vehicle, however with follow up questions after calls and emails, zero response. They were super quick to contact me when I was going through the process, but crickets after the sale.

I will have you all know I have never ever purchased a car in Napa and I live here. I have purchased 5 in the past and they have all been from other locations. Just the thought of having to deal with an uptight, snobby car sales person from this town didn't seem like a fun time (Just a bad past experience). That said, I have ate my words with Mr Lamont. If you come to Jimmy Vasser ask for Lamont Jones! He actually works down the street at their relative dealership Chevrolet but, he's able to come on over to Toyota. Lamont made the entire process easy Peasy and no pressure what so ever. He took it one step at a time. I appreciate that so much! I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks Lamont! I was trying to buy a car and ready to spend $$$$$. I picked Jimmy Vasser Toyota because they claimed to have "customer-focused service." Communication with a "product specialist" was anything but customer-focused. It was confusing and incomplete, with unclear emails and no response to requests for clarification. One month after my initial inquiry, I was still waiting to hear from Jimmy Vasser about the car I wanted, when I got an email from them inquiring why they lost my business. WHAT??? I still have $$$$$ and I am still waiting to give it to them. I have been waiting more than a month for them to find me a car. What a waste of time. I am going to look somewhere else.

If you come to Jimmy Vasser make sure you ask for Tyler Gaul. He helped us with two vehicles on different occasions and made the entire process quite smooth. We have been previous customers of Jimmy Vasser and this was by far the best experience. Customer service was great and I think he went above and beyond to make this experience wonderful. Another person who was just awesome was Elliott from Finance!!! Thank you both for all your help!

Great service, staff and prices. They were able to get my car inpromptly. Their communication and staff are excellent at keeping me informed. Very cleanand comfortable waiting area. They will also provide a ride if your car needs a long service day.

Stay away from this place. Beaver upsells you. 4/22 oil change was 70. This time 93.00 Anthony goes to lunch. Tells the other guy to give me a discount. " Like 70 or 80." Winds up being a penny discount. Almost two hours for an oil change and filter. This place had a car wash once. That's gone a long time ago. I made an appointment a few weeks ago for the oil change. Beaver says, " it is what it is." You know your going to get Cornholed.

Background: I recently was in to service my car because I lost my keys...I was misquoted multiple times on price and was pretty shell shocked to find out the cost. Even worse to find out that when my keys later turned up, they didn't work on my vehicle and instead of two sets of working keys I somehow only had one. I contacted Toyota to schedule an appointment to reprogram my keys- I was told no problem. I went in and they told me they wouldn't be able to help. I reached out the manager via email Lucas Wurz and he took care of the issue. Thank you for providing such great customer service! I truly appreciate it.

I question the integrity of the management here. They tried to add a $1,200 fee for some sort of GPS system on a car I was looking to purchase. They didn't have a good reason when I asked why this would not be included in the sticker price they said it was because it was a "dealer upgrade"?! They also tried to greatly undervalue my trade-in saying there were a few of them for sale locally that had been listed for more than a month. Now that I've had a chance to look I see this was just flat out lie with no listings for my specific model within 75 miles. Definitely not a place I'll be doing business with any time soon.

Terrible customer service. Terrible staff. They up charge all their vehicles. The salesmen are scammers and charge you for things you do not need. Found the exact same car w/ same mileage 7k CHEAPER 45 minutes away in Santa Rosa. Santa Rosa & Vallejo Toyota are so much more responsive and genuinely care about their customers and they don't SCAM. BEWARE!!!!

I had a great experience buying a new car with Jimmy Vasser Toyota. When I first spoke on the phone with Ivan to inquire about a new vehicle allocation I was interested in, he answered all my questions and was very straightforward and provided an OTD price right away. I agreed on the price (one of the best prices out of 40+ dealers I've researched in the area) and Ivan put my name under the vehicle. There was no deposit required, no credit check needed, and no vehicle trade-in required like at some other dealerships, to reserve the vehicle. Ivan kept in touch and answered all my questions during wait time for the car to be built and shipped to the dealership. When the new car arrived, I went to the dealership and was welcomed with respect. Ivan showed me the car and let me test drive it before I gave my final thumb up to purchase it. We moved on ahead to do all the paperwork with Mario of the finance department. Everything was also very straightforward with Mariano. Even though the new car market in the area has gone up since Ivan gave me an OTD prices month prior, they still honored the price we agreed on. The whole process was smooth and quick. No pressure to do anything, no BS. From arriving at the dealership to leaving took under 2 hours. In a crazy dealer's market, Jimmy Vasser of Toyota treats their customer with respect. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to give them a call!
