I went Sunday just to browse. I met Annabella who was the associate for It Cosmetics. She was so kind. I asked her where is a good place for brow service. She said "here". She said that the browse service technician was here now and avaliable. I met Carly and she was so awesome and knew exactly what she was doing. I was so grateful to Annabella for suggesting Carly's service. Very impressive. Thank you ladies!

I came by to return and pick up a few items today and I just want to say everyone there this afternoon was absolutely lovely. I should have gotten all their names, but I do recall Alexis who told me what lashes she was wearing (spoiler, they were the Kiss Noblesse ones!) and I want to say thank you to her for making such a great recommendation ◡̈ I also want to shout out the team for being ever so helpful, kind, warm and compassionate every time I’ve walked in. This is my favorite Ulta location by far! Shout out to all the people working at/near the register this afternoon.

I just went to this store location and two staff members kept following me the entire time I was inside the store until I left. Why ?? I am a platinum member and I spent thousands at Ulta over the years.This is unacceptable behavior because it is obviously racial profiling and implicit racism.I didn't see them following anyone else.

Clean, organized and well signed location with friendly assistance. Easy parking. Some items were out-of-stock however, this is consistently the case with the chain. With such a broad selection, just try something new!

Went to hair salon for color touch up etc. My 2nd time using their their service. Asked for Gina. Best hair cut in years. She's now my favorite hairdresser in Napa.

This isn't a chain review, it is about the fabulous DIY Queen Nicki, she can answer any beauty question and help find the right products. 5 stars for customer service and she is so beautiful and inspirational she should have her own YouTube channel. Ulta you have a gem with this girl!

Overflowing trashcan and garbage on the ground outside welcomes you into their environment of laziness. Store was not busy and not ONE employee said hello, asked us for help , nothing. Walked around the whole store no acknowledgement two or 3 employees were goofing around at the register by front door. WTH. Super sour attitude from cashier. Who's managing this dump

I came in today to do my Christmas shopping. I normally shop at the one in Vallejo, and their customer service is always amazing. I had about 10 things I couldn't find, so I passed several employees that never spoke to me. I finally went up front and asked for help and she sent over someone. That lady listened to all the items, and then said she had to go up front to cover a break. She said she would send someone else over to help me, which she did. This lady proceeded to point and say things like she has never seen that item before, or it is on that side of the store. I already looked and couldn't find it. Why wouldn't you show me where it is? Your loss...I was going to open a credit card up, so I could save on my purchase and just one of the items I wanted was $199 and I was looking for several Christmas gifts. I can take my business to another Ulta where they are always really nice and make sure I tell a friend.

5:00PM on a Friday, I'm browsing and buying. I'm in the same aisle with two sales associates. It sounded like there was training going on and that's awesome until I hear the berating of customers not returning products into the correct location, customers like to hide products, why can't they just bring it up to the front and say they changed their minds and we can place it in the go back. It's so annoying that customers will just do things. Ummmm you are aware there are customers shopping and can hear every word ? Is this the tone you set up for new employees? I looked up and stared at the person to imply I am standing a few feet from you, perhaps you have this conversation in private. Experiences like this compel me to shop online.

I used to shop at the Napa store frequently before covid. I went into this store last week and was extremely disappointed. There was a young lady in one of the aisles, I had to ask her if she worked there as I was not acknowledged. I ask where the powder foundations were and she responded with "what is powder foundation?". WOW. I mean WOW. Your employees used to be extremely helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. It's obvious she is enjoying the discount on the make-up as she looked more like a Tic Tok star than a sales associate representing your store. Is this what the Quiet Quitting thing is all about? This employee was obviously disengaged. Shame on your stores management team. If this is the calibur of employees you continue to have in your stores, good luck with keeping your stores open.

I had a fantastic experience at this Ulta location. I don’t visit Ulta very often, I’m not much of a product girl. I went for something specific. The associate who greeted me was incredibly nice and helpful. The associate at checkout was nice and helpful. I’ll absolutely return to this location for future needs! Great job keeping customer service a focus at this Ulta! You’ve earned my business!

Angie was super helpful, kind and patient. I am so grateful!I returned a bunch of DevaCurl products because they ruined my hair! Angie helped with the return guided me to a stylist that could help me try a different product for curly hair. I'm super impressed with Ulta's return policy. They definitely won me over for life. Their staff was so nice! And their staff seems to know what products are good and what brands to avoid. I will forever ask the staff if they trust the brand I am buying.
