Fast diagnosis and repair!! I know my car is going to get fixed properly and is in good hands. My car now runs like when I drove it off the lot. I now comute to SF with peace of mind.

The shop owners are great. I haven’t talk to them yet except for when I dropped it off. That was a couple weeks ago. They left a message that said I wouldn’t be charged because they don’t have the right program for my old Sprinter. They suggested that I take it to a 2005 Sprinter dealership. That way their diagnostic tool might work. They had no other information about my current situation.
Like I said, the shop owners are great. You can’t go wrong if you give them a try.

Long over due review but still feel it's worth sharing. I took my car to this shop because my car was making some loud noises when I was going over 25 mph. Few days before I drove over a plastic bag and I was thinking maybe the plastic bag was stuck somewhere where I couldn't see it so I decided to take it to this shop only to be told that so and so had to be replaced ($800+ job). After I told the mechanic that I wouldn't be able to cover that because I just paid my college tuition for the semester, he walked away upset and said under his breath, "yeah it was a plastic bag making all that noise". I drove off and no more noise but just upsets me because if I did have the funds to pay for it, it wasn't an honest diagnosis of the car issue.
