What a scam these guys have going. Be aware that if you do not SPECIFICALLY ask for your package/item to ship through UPS they will look at the computer to see if USPS is less expensive for you. What they DO NOT tell you that even if USPS is less expensive then UPS they will use USPS, without your consent. What this store also does not tell you is the price includes a SURCHARGE by them for using USPS. So if the package is less expensive that includes there surcharge they will use USPS. If I wanted USPS to handle my package I would have went there, which by the way would have been $10 less in total then this store. The issue is, I did not want this package to go USPS due to problems I have been having with the USPS. I will never use these stores again. Im so tired of getting riped off by these companies. Also like the post above said, the lady manger was RUDE beyond words....

The so called manager here needs to be replaced ASAP. Didn’t get her name but she looks like a 45 year old burn out with gauges. Dropped off a couple Amazon returns here that were scanned in by a physical employee (not the kiosk) Week later and the items are still showing that they were never dropped off. Called this location earlier in the day and spoke with a nice kid over the phone and he said the manager was out and would call me back.. hours later and still no call. So I call again and the same kid answers and I ask to speak to the manger since she’s there now.. he puts me on hold and comes back to tell me there’s nothing they can do for me. So I show up in person to the store and the same kid begins doing a wonderful job of helping me and then all of the sudden she gets involved and because she lacks managerial skills so badly, tells me I’m done here and that I’m digging too hard for the information that I need. What else is one supposed to do to get the right information they need to file a claim with Amazon? Just give up like this lady did in life? Nope. I continue to be persistent about getting the tracking and reference number (which she literally showed me on their computer screen and then proceeded to tell I’m not allowed to have that information) to the point she basically refuses to help me anymore and tells me she has paying customers that are more important. THEN calls me crazy as I start leaving. To the owner.. replace this lady before you lose a lot of business. Went to the location on school right after and the girl there was beyond helpful and gave me all the information I needed within a few minutes. Not coming back here again

5-stars because they're so good there. Even a bad day there is better than a good day elsewhere.
The line at the front desk does back up at times, but the wait isn't terrible and another associate pops up to help out.
The off-street parking is busy busy busy, but good and even the furthest spot away is not far. Disabled access is good too. I'm disabled and they will bring my mail out to my car with a smile!
The associates usually stick around for a while there and they often remember me and step-up quickly, with a greeting and a smile. They have also remembered my teen son and ex husband who have been picking up my mail.
The mail box has to be paid a year in advance, but the right associate or manager can offer three or six month extensions sometimes.
Calling in for help is super easy with little wait time and friendly knowledgeable associates and managers.
The only problem is my unexpected grievance with using a UPS mailbox altogether. I have moved an hour away but I can't use mail forwarding with the USPS, so I'm extremely dissatisfied with that.
Having had this box for YEARS, I have so many addresses to update very quickly if I want to close the box. It's an impossible task and could really cause a problem for my health, my time, my finances, and especially my housing due to lost, returned, and destroyed mail.

Absolutely horrible experience. I come here for all of my Amazon returns and most of the times I have a good experience. However, on two occasions, I have had a bad experience and it just happens to be with the same employee. Her name is Tess.
The first time I didn’t do or say anything. But today the experience was so awful that I had to. I walked in with 3 items to return. One of which was already packed and labeled. The other two had QR codes that Said they didn’t need to be packed or labeled. But one was already in a box and the other was a wetsuit in plastic with an opening at the bottom . When I pulled up the QR code for her, she told me that I needed to purchase a box to put it in or I needed to go home and get something. I told her I didn’t want to buy anything because it had said I didn’t need to . I also didn’t have anything at home. She walked away To help another customer. So I looked over at the self service Amazon return area and I grabbed the largest bag, and I placed the wetsuit in it and it fit. When she walked back over to finish helping me, she grabbed my item out of the bag threw the bag on the floor and slapped a return label on the OPEN bag the item was in and threw it in the floor was off in a corner. The item could fall right out of it. And threw it off in a corner. I walked out, but felt very uneasy about the situation so I walked back in to get my item back. And thankfully I did. The item was literally falling out of the bag. When I confronted her about this, she told me that she really just doesn’t care because she put her two weeks in And She basically hates her job. She admitted she snapped on me but continued ti say it was my fault because I grabbed a self service bag instead of buying something from her. Isn’t that what the self service bags are for? I didn't trust her with the item anymore so I said I will go somewhere else. I asked how I go about that because its been scanned into Amazon and she told me to take it up with Amazon. I also asked for her name and she told me she would call the cops to have me escorted off. Luckily I saw her name tag. She was absolutely Terrible and rude and should be fired immediately. I have no idea if my other two items will even make it on the UPS truck. That’s how much I don’t trust her. I regret not grabbing my other two items.
