5 stars for Ashley, the employee at the Napa UPS store, who assisted me on 2/15/24 with notary and shipping needs. She was polite, efficient and acknowledged each customer (most making Amazon returns) without delaying helping me.

They charge you $5 to use the computer even though you don’t even use the computer to print plus money for copies. The employee literally logs onto the computer and prints it for you. So you pay for their employee to use their own computer, quite scammy. The other UPS store in Napa is so much better, nicer employee, no wait. This store is ROUGH.

It was awful. The manger was rude and condescending and continually blamed other employees. In addition, she gave me incorrect shipping information and pricing. She was like that to every customer in there. I would not only demote her from manager, but fire her. I will not return to store until she is gone. The people at the downtown Napa store are wonderful. As they should be when in customer service.

Ashley is amazing! We have visited this UPS Store on several occasions to ship a package or process a return and we've always been happy with the service. I visited yesterday to ship a small item and return a few online orders and Ashley was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our shipment. We also saw her do the same with other customers while we were in the store. Ashley was fun to talk to and she had great rapport with the UPS drivers. I felt compelled to write this review because of Ashley's wonderful service. Thank you!

Apparently there is a $4.00 charge to tape half of a box. The clerk informed me that I can bring it home and tape it or pay for the roll of tape. The clerk that she confirmed this with spoke as if I wasn't even present. I will avoid this location at all costs. I am also trying to avoid Amazon so that I don't have to step foot inside this store.

I was trying to return an Amazon item that I didn't want. The clerk was very helpful. She gave me the phone number for Amazon customer service. She was very polite & helpful.

I go to this location several times a week. There is a new employee named Tess. Her smile, attitude, patience and willingness to help go above and beyond. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days and it's so refreshing to be helped by someone so kind. So this is a shoutout to Tess. Thank you!

There is no justification for the consistent rudeness exhibited by one of the associates in this store. I will gladly drive across town to avoid ever interfacing with this individual again.
