This USPS post office is much better than the one in Fairfield. The one in Fairfield does NOT honor their walk-in hour like this place does for passports. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and the staff was very friendly and kind. Very pleased with this USPS office.

Guy behind the counter was rude and threatening. Will never come back. On my way out two locals rolled their eyes and said he’s always like that and that no one in the community liked him. Best that guy watch his back in this small close knit community.

I'm sorry to say I don't have a good review, and despite Thumper's mom's advice, I felt compelled to say something.In less than 10 minutes being inside, I witnessed and experienced the workers here being openly rude to one another and to customers. Trash-talking publicly to each other about routine annoyances, bickering, and being extremely short with and unhelpful to customers. The behavior was egregious, unprovoked, and blatantly unprofessional. It was really awful in there and I would not want to go back (from the sounds of it, they'd all hear that and launch into another raucous bit).

incredibly rude, uneducated, not professional, is such a shame, unlike the one in Sonoma, or Younthville, why this town everybody has to be so filthy and rude! As if take pride in it, such shame

There is a black lady who always wears African attire here who is a very unpleasant person. She is rude, arrogant, and condescending. Consider yourself lucky if you don't have to go through her line.

My trip to the post office was very quick but in the short amount of time I was there I met a very joyful associate named Edwin that made my day. Positive souls are a must especially in a place I find very soulless.

I had no issues here. I went on a Thursday at 2 pm and it was hardly a line. The staff was really nice and respectful and had no issues. Hopefully my priority package makes it on time as they stated.

I have a roll of FOREVER stamps that opened this past weekend. THEY DO NOT STICK!! So, I went in to the post office this morning. I waited in a very long line because they only had one window open at 9AM. I explained that my FOREVER stamps would not stick to the envelopes I wanted to mail over the weekend. I had the Full Roll of stamps in a baggie, both the roll and the ones that I'd attempted to use. She looked at them and pulled one off and insisted it would stick. She kept insisting they were fine, but I told her I was not comfortable using them due to the likelihood that the stamps would come off the envelope and not get to its destination due to no postage on the envelope even though I HAD applied what they deem to be a perfectly fine stamp. She went to get a "Higher Up". MANGEEP, who said she was the STATION MANGER, then said they could not exchange them Without A Receipt. I asked her Could not, or WOULD not?? The paper label surrounding the roll of stamps says US FLAG 2018. Sorry, I don't have a receipt for a roll of FOREVER STAMPS from 2018. No receipt, No exchange, No Exceptions! So F O R E V E R doesn't mean anything! I asked for the Postmaster. Of course I was told he was busy but she'd give me his name and direct phone #. I went out to my car to call the # I'd been given and noted that all it said was POSTMASTER. No Name Given. The phone # I was given, 707-255-0360, rings a few times and disconnects - Every Single Time. As does the main # to this PO, 707-255-0190. No one EVER answers the phone. Horrible Service. I called the 800# for Customer Service. ASHTON was beyond helpful and we reached a solution to this problem. She also said "It was odd that they even asked you for a receipt. They should not have." So, Thank You, Ashton.

Suddenly our service has taken a turn for the worse. We no longer have our mail delivered Monday - Saturday. Last Wednesday I know the mail person DID NOT come by. How do I know? The outgoing mail was NEVER PICKED UP! And now today, a Tuesday at 6 p.m. our mail still hasn't arrived. I know I have mail that should be delivered today; the email I received indicated the same. Whenever I receive the USPS email I ALWAYS receive the mail that is being shown in the email. So the question is: Is the mail person running late? Or have they skipped us again. A service that up until recently was trustworthy, is now spotty and unreliable. What is going on?
