The Walgreens pharmacy in Napa was excellent. They quickly picked up the phone when an emergency supply of medicine was needed for my mom. They had the prescription transferred and filled timely. They even worked to find out how to get a discount for the medication. Great customer service. I work in healthcare and I am extremely impressed. Thank you

This local Walgreens has several amazing employees, but I want to point out one particular retail clerk who went above and beyond this past week. Her name is Merris spelling?). She stopped her routine completely to focus on my search for a couple of items. She took her time and showed me different brands located in different departments and made sure I had exactly what I needed, comparing prices, double checking for the correct size and the one most recommended.Merris should get a raise! She is the best!

DeeDee at the photo center was the most miserable rudest person I've ever had talk to me. I was waiting by the pick up line and she asked me "what" instead of hello or how can I help you, she couldn't find my order and I offered to give my confirmation number and she said it was "useless to her" after finally finding my order she said "it's not ready." Nothing else. I asked how long and she sighed and said maybe 5-10 minutes. If you hate your job that much quit please.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Sub par customer service. Inadequate staffing. Long lines. Prescriptions NEVER ready - even after being notified they are ready.

I agree with most of the reviews about the pharmacy here. The email notifications are flawed, so you have to call and wait on hold listening to annoying repetitive robotic voices saying "we're busy, please hold" until you get a human who then puts you on another hold. When I finally got to pick up the prescriptions, the line was 10 people deep, and it took a half hour to get my order filled. I miss Pharmaca!

Absolutely terrible communication. My prescription has been delayed with no explanation for over 2 weeks. I called both yesterday and today and spent over 25 minutes with hold music, someone answering saying to hold, more hold music, line ringing and then call dropping. EXACT SAME 2 days in a row. When I went in to inquire in person yesterday, they just said they would reorder and I should call again today to check status

Like most pharmacies they have a system to notify you when prescriptions are ready for pickup. So I had a text, an email and an auto phone call that two prescriptions were ready. The next day I went and stood in line for twenty five minutes to get the prescriptions. The clerk looks at the computer and says the prescriptions are not ready and will need to be filled! This has happened before, so its apparent that they need a refresher on how to handle their alert system.

This pharmacy provides subpar customer service, and it's advisable to avoid investing your time and support in this business. The pharmacy is understaffed, exhibits extreme rudeness, and is unhelpful. If you choose this pharmacy, be prepared to spend excessive amounts of time getting even simple prescriptions filled. Furthermore, attempting to contact them by phone often results in them abruptly hanging up. This has to be the worst Walgreens around, whoever is managing this pharmacy should be immediately let go.

I've been standing in the pharmacy line for 15 minutes. And 2 people have been helped. Now there's NO ONE working at the pharmacy. One of the associates just went to the back room and never came back. The store is nice. New. They have everything you need. EXCEPT anyone working here. Did I mention this is my second trip to the store today?!?!? I know it's hard to hire people but damn. This is ridiculous. Update: it took 1 hour to pick up my script. The people working were very nice and apologetic. It's not their fault. They just need more help!

It's next to impossible to get someone on the phone, especially the Pharmacy. I finally got a mgr (Cathy) on the line & when I asked why the Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone I was told that they'd just gotten back from lunch. I don't know of any drugstore pharmacy that closes for lunch!When I asked if she could have someone take my call she said there was a line clear back to the Photo department. That would be about 40-50 people & I've never seen that, ever!I have a strong feeling that "Cathy" lied to me about all of it. Why?? Seriously, why??
