Joe was so helpful, pleasant and professional. Joe ordered my pendant and had it sent overnight without charging extra, so I could have it by Christmas. Joe also helped my husband who had several watches that needed servicing. We were so impressed with the help we received. I feel I have found a trusted jeweler in Creations Fine Jewelry's store.
