I walked in dirty from doing yard work all day. The guy was inviting and polite. He allowed me to pick his brain a little and I got what I feel is a great product at a fair price. I will go back to him.

The worst experience so far in américa! I had some coins to bring in and when I did they guy just saw 1 of my 8 coins and told me to "spend them" and screamed at me to get of the internet like 5 times so I just left maybe he just has anger issues or a big ego, never coming back ?

I would not recommend this shop for purchasing or selling coins or jewelry. I went in on 5/18/2022. The person was not welcoming at all. When asked about 1/10 and 1/4 american eagle prices, his response was, “they are expensive.” When i asked about american eagle set price he had, response was, “i dont know.” Will never return or do business with this location. I went with cash in hand to purchase several coins, but with this poor customer service. No Thanks. Writing a review so that others do not waste their time.

If you can't deal with these guys, you can't deal with anyone. Affable, affordable, and able. Went there while on vacation, bought several things, had some great conversation. Wish I lived closer :D

I have been bringing gold and silver coins to John at Wine Country Gold & Silver for some time and find him to have the best prices in Napa. He is always fair and explains why a coin is whatever value it is. I trust him and highly recommend doing business with John.

BEWARE! Wine Country Coin Gold and Silver offered me $300 for an item that I sold for twice as much the next day in Santa Rosa. $600 in cash. Further, Wine Country appraised a diamond ring I might want to sell in the future at $6,000 whereas the shop in Santa Rosa valued it at $12,000-$14,000. If you really want the best price for your precious metals and gems, go to Santa Rosa. The drive is beautiful and you will get a hugely better deal! If you are willing to settle for half the money your item is actually worth then Wine Country Coin is the right place for you. This would be a zero star review if that were an option.

So he told me he was charging 2.25 dollars a gram of silver so went in spent 100 gave me like 10 grams didn't know tell I got home I asked twice n store if price is the same told me he couldn't concentrate and ignored question tried to call him he told me come n tomorrow computer is off so I laid it out not saying good or bad but situation speaks for itself!!!!!!!!
