DO NOT TAKE YOUR HERE!!! took my vehicle here and they have had it for 2 months. Every time I call they say it will be done this week and is almost complete. Every week this happens and my car doesn’t get fixed. They also say they will call me to follow up and I constantly have to follow up with them because they never call. This place is a scam!!!

This place it's a joke people don't go there everything the do is a piece of bad work they tell you the part are new and there are used . And customer service it's so bad the lady at the office she it's the worst her and the guy that fixed the car short guy

This place was amazing! They helped us so much after someone hit my sisters parked car. After waiting a month for another place to work on it the insurance company sent us here and after 3 days of work it was done! It looks amazing and we feel like they went above and beyond for us. This place is a family own small business and the people were so nice, shout out to Veronica who helped me out after hours! I definitely recommend this place!

I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with A&G Collision Center. The overall quality of their work ranged from poor to mediocre. Not only did they fail to perform a full detail on my car after the work that was complete, but I also discovered missing items from my vehicle after their service. To add to the disappointment, the total cost amounted to $7.5k, leaving me questioning the value for money.The receptionist's demeanor was far from welcoming – exhibiting a mean-spirited attitude and lacking friendliness. This, coupled with the subpar service, makes it hard for me to recommend A&G Collision Center to others. Overall, a regrettable experience that fell short of expectations on multiple fronts.

My insurance works with this body shop so I was planning on coming here but decided not to after calling to schedule an appointment and the receptionist she was completely rude and arrogant. Unnecessary, now will be going to a different body shop because customer service matters.

I took my car to get fixed in early November 2022. He kept my car until January mid January causing out of pocket cost of 2000 in car rentals. He finally released my car and the led me the camera was unavailable and he didn’t have an estimate on when it would be available. Today is 7:24/23 he has not called me once and good luck getting through. I tell you one thing he picked the wrong one. Will update as this conflict escalates and is resolved ?…..call today again and Joey says “it’s been here a long time I called you I’m going to have to charge you storage fees” ALL LIES. He went on to say he was just joking…. what a comedic genius. No not at all. Anyway, he said bring it Wednesday at 9 AM so we’ll see what happens. Will update further.

Sent here from the liable party after a fender bender. Whack customer service. Super confusing when you walk in because the only adjuster in front won't greet you or ask you what you need, then you have a window area where there's no one. Would never come back.

Not very helpful customer service..my car wouldn't start and rhe man behind the desk walked around my car inspecting the damage then sent me on my way. He didn't wven offer me a jump. Just went back inside and left me and my 3 children to figure it out. I expected more since I was at a auto shop..if he's that unhelpful now I would hate to see the work h does. Probably the bare minimum..
