I went on March 28 to fill up with gas and I asked if they would tell me how to do it, they charged me and they told me that I went to pump 1 and I couldn't fill up, I came back and they told me that they had canceled the load that I had to pay again and they told me I would refund the first payment to my card, I need to know when it will be refunded because the 2 charges appear, can you help me and be careful with the staff, they are not friendly and they make fun of you as a customer, they should help

I got two lotto tickets with same numbers so got charged twice for the same numbers. Just admit it was wrong and you printed twice. Just paid $4 for what should've been $2. Sending this to lotto too

Stopped in on the way to Mexico to use the restroom just to find out we can't use it. I guess were expected not to need the restroom anymore since there's covid.

Conveniently located by the on 5 on ramp. I have come here in the day and night. Well light and for the most part very clean. I don't like the .35 cent charge but what ever. The staff is friendly and ready to help. They have 15 pumps so you won't have to wait long to put gas.

They have non stop business here yet the pumps and refueling area are in constant negligent condition. Makes no sense. No respect for the neighborhood.

Do NOT eat anything here. If you have to use the bathroom go to the Jack in the Box instead. I see that this Arco has a score of "A" on Yelp for health. How?! Have you seen the bathrooms?! NO SOAP! And they have the nerve to have a sign that says employees must wash their hands. Their bathroom has 3 locks on it and one that's a slide lock the other two don't work. Not to mention the filth. I was afraid to wipe my own bottom.

The location is good, shares a parking area with JIB so it can get busy. The corner of Roosevelt and 8th gets a number of homeless and transient females so don't be surprised if you are "approached" for change, fuel, whatever. Would get more stars but their fountain drinks taste funny, and if you wish to sidestep the fountain and get a bottled drink and ice in your own cup, be aware they charge for ice. A cup of ice costs as much as a refill. Save you money and go elsewhere...there are plenty of other convenience stores in National City!
