This AT&T store is the epitome of what's wrong with customer service, some lazy Mexican dude was leaning against a table propped up by his elbows and was pissed off to have to interact with me because he was busy on his mobile phone. When I entered he rudely sighed, looked up scowling, and asked what I wanted, I was attempting to return a product that belongs to AT&T and he said "we don't do that here and never have, go elsewhere" and brushed me off and then immediately went back to being on his phone leaning on the tables in plain view of the entrance. He wasted precious minutes of my day and precious gas making the trip over here on a break from work. He also treated someone who served this country with immense disrespect. I was originally somewhat content with AT&T as a service provider, and I even planned on continuing service after my travels when I'm settled into a new house, but after this experience, you have turned a somewhat satisfied customer into a ex-customer who will never again have AT&T service. I will also do my best to share this throughout my substantial network and my social circle as a cautionary tale about the sorts of people employed at AT&T and what they value. Zero god damned stars.

This is a warning to anyone wanting to get u-verse for their home in the area. Or any services through att that will potentially ever require troubleshooting. I've been with the company for 8 years using their internet which is not the cheapest in comparison to other companies around, and at the sign of not having internet (a Friday) as I work from home I called their customer service after completing the trouble shooting steps offered online. After hours of trying to figure out what it could be over the phone I was told a technician would need to be sent out. One would not be available until the following Wednesday. Scheduled an appointment with a window between 8-10. Never showed. Called around noon to see what was happening and was told they were on their way that it was guaranteed to be resolved by the end of the day. 4pm rolls around with no notice and gave them a call back to see how late they could be coming out until and they told me until 8. Never showed never called me to reschedule. I called again the next day and was told next appointment available would be on Friday. 10-12. Never showed! Called to see what was going on and again was told they would be there between 4-8pm. No call and of course no one ever came. I called a corporate store in the area and was told there was nothing they could do because they are different entities the technical side and the sales side. So basically they are selling you a service that you will never be able to get help for if something goes wrong. Once the sale is made to you, good luck in trying to get anyone to care about if you are happy or not, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I cancelled my service and went to t-mobile in the area which has no wires to complicate things, no outages and much better customer service: my recommendation go with the company who cares about you after they sell you their service. NO STAR, if there was an option for that. The reps here were not helpful. I ordered a phone online yesterday morning, somehow the links to verify my ID given via my email and the other links provided by the associates on the ATT website/app chat were not working. I proceeded to head to the actual store, thinking the reps here at the ATT Bonita location could help me out. I get there and they just tell me to call the customer rep. I got back to my car and called the number for customer rep, and the rep was also surprised that I was not provided some assistance by these so called reps; these 2 guys at the store did not even do anything with their damn useless tablets or ask for my information. They were just standing there, talking to each other, not even have other customers! Clearly not busy and readily available. But no! Been a customer since 2009! So this is the way y'all treat us! A possible solution could have been to advise me to cancel my online phone order and restart a new order with them in person and use their damn tablets etc, put my new order in. So today, May 20, I went to the AT&T Mission Valley location and told them all the hassle I had with the upload id links, online reps, in person rep at the ATT Bonita store not providing assistance, calling in customer rep etc. Thank goodness the reps here were more helpful and knowledgeable. They utilized their time calling in 3 different depts to get my new phone purchased going as there was an issue with the damn ATT IT/web infrastructure of some sort. The fact that the ATT MV reps took their time getting my situation straightened out, speaks volume on the ATT MV team!!!! Don't go here at the ATT Bonita location. Useless reps at this store location!

Customer service is horrible. Didn't not explain what was included in my bill. Even after I ask for help. Caesar said it himself that he just wanted me to get out of there. Wow never thought at&t would be this bad. Wont be coming back..

I stopped by the ATT Store inside the Plaza Bonita Mall in San Diego, Ca. I simply wanted to discuss charges on my bill. The representative immediately told me to contact the customer service line, and dismissed me as a customer. Im sure if i were going to purchase something he would have been more inclined to help me. I spoke to the manager and he assisted me with my bill and answered my questions. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his employee, however the manager didnt appear to be surprised, nor really care. The representative was a Filipino or samoan male working on 10/23/2022 at approximately 12pm. I understand sales are an important component of their duties, however that should never completely overshadow customer service.

If you have any issues or need to transfer your phone Cesar is the man to help you out he was efficient on time and very courteous even tho I can be a bit of a Karen; the man is patient!!!

Worst experience ever from the sales associate to the Manager. They try to offer you a good deal to make a commission and then when you get your first bill and trade in, it's the total opposite of what they explained and then pretend like they don't remember. Worst experience, horrible customer service, they lie and don't even like to return phone calls. I'd give this place no stars but it wouldn't allow me to.
