They didn't listen to my request to upgrade my line.Then had to redo my order not once but twice and still didn't complete order successfully.Cancelled transaction at store and will attempt upgrade at another location.Had the store manager and assistant manager come to back out of everything and restore my original phone.Very disappointing service especially since I've been an authorized person on this account since 2019.

This AT&T store is the epitome of what's wrong with customer service, some lazy Mexican dude was leaning against a table propped up by his elbows and was pissed off to have to interact with me because he was busy on his mobile phone. When I entered he rudely sighed, looked up scowling, and asked what I wanted, I was attempting to return a product that belongs to AT&T and he said "we don't do that here and never have, go elsewhere" and brushed me off and then immediately went back to being on his phone leaning on the tables in plain view of the entrance. He wasted precious minutes of my day and precious gas making the trip over here on a break from work. He also treated someone who served this country with immense disrespect. I was originally somewhat content with AT&T as a service provider, and I even planned on continuing service after my travels when I'm settled into a new house, but after this experience, you have turned a somewhat satisfied customer into a ex-customer who will never again have AT&T service. I will also do my best to share this throughout my substantial network and my social circle as a cautionary tale about the sorts of people employed at AT&T and what they value. Zero god damned stars.

Bad customer service for years! Most of the employees are rude, they try to explain in a way that they get you to get their plan, then if you go back and ask again they give you different explanations.We Always try to avoid this store, but sometimes we are at the mall and we think it’s convenient.We did not know that every location could have different policies to change a screen protector. This was our latest issue. They told us to go to the store that we had bought the screen.

Had a wonderful experience with Francisco on changing carriers I was with Verizon for over 40 years since they first started kind of hesitated a little bit but he made everything so easy and not stressful at all. He went step-by-step gave us the best deal that he could find got the 14 Pro Max my daughters and I love it his manager actually put our screen protector on for us and off we went. I can’t tell you enough how easy-going it was and how polite and kind and easy to talk to like I’ve known him for a long time no pressure at all not a typical sales person as you would think. I would definitely highly recommend him if you’re wanting to get something new and change carriers he even text us afterwards and made sure everything was OK because we had an issue with Verizon and he helped us through it so easily that’s the way business should be mine to be back in the old school days. Again, thank you so much you make my life easy and I’m very happy with my phone and your service.

My daughters and I decided that we wanted to change carriers so we decided to go check out AT&T because they had a special going on. Couldn't ask for a better young man to help us out his name is Francisco, the nicest and kindest professional person I have dealt with it in a long time he made you feel welcome, and he didn't pressure us with anything. He knew what he was talking about. He went above and beyond 100% I didn't understand a couple things when we were changing carriers the patients he has after I went home I'm not to smart with these phones but he actually called us and text us and walked us through everything. I definitely would highly recommend if you're looking to change carriers go to AT&T and ask for Francisco. Thank you so much again.

Harry and Francisco were amazing! and helped me and my family upgrade my iphone11 to a new iPhone 14 Pro Max (they also kindly helped me put the protector screen on and transfer all my information and info to the new phone) they were very kind, patient and informative and answered all our questions and helped us find the best deals! I found them very helpful and look forward to having them help us on our next visit!

A sales person on the floor i believe her name is Hanna was not very friendly. I asked her a question and she responded in a rude manner and answered me like I was ignorant. I am an employee of at&t and I was close to talking to the manager about her customer service skills. My advise to Hanna be careful of how you treat people, especially when you work in a public setting such as a retail store. You might get a upper level manager coming in to ask a question and believe me they will ask for your supervisor on the spot.
