Not only did he help me put the new wiper on, there was a young woman parked next to me trying to and oil to her car but couldn’t get the oil cap off. I tried but couldn’t get it off. Gabriel cam out and helped her. Did all of this with a smile. Thank you Gabriel. As we have all witnessed, good customer service is not always offered. “The battery light was coming on in my 2016 Subaru Outback occasionally. Eventually my stereo and the driver assist system started cutting out. The dealer charged me $150 to tell me they couldn't reproduce it and didn't know what was wrong. Louie replaced just the voltage regulator portion of my alternator and it's been working perfectly ever since. If you need anything done related to your alternator, he is the man to see.”

“Shoutout to Ahmed who helped me diagnose and then install a new battery in my car. I let my car die after not driving it for a month, resulting in low voltage. This caused all the warning lights to turn on after jump starting the vehicle. Ahmed was a pleasure to chat with and changed the battery quite fast. Once I drove off,all the warning lights went away. “Honest place. I went there this morning because I thought I needed a new battery due to my sliding doors not working. They said my battery was good after testing it and said my sliding doors may not be working because I was in the desert for 3 months and may need to clean the rails, as they noticed all the dirt on the engine and asked if I was in the desert. They also answered a few questions about my engine and were friendly. I will be going back there when I need a battery.”

“I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”
