Alex at Caliber Collision national city made me assured of everything from start to finish of getting my vehicle repaired, and returned it making a 2001 forerunner brand new! I am so grateful I went with this location of Caliber Collision even it being a little bit of a distance from my home, totally worth it and recommend for anyone that wants piece of mind for their car repair! The quality of the repair is excellent, but there were MANY problems with Caliber’s process along the way. For example there were only a few parts broken/damaged, yet it took 10+ days to complete the repairs. Also, issues were experience regarding insurance coordination with Enterprise Rent-a-Car that required extensive intervention on our part. It seems nothing went as smoothly as should be expected.

Had higher expectations but seems like I was given the bare minimum. Was going to give one star, but my adjuster used OEM parts for the plastic trims instead of aftermarket.
My vehicle was unfortunately hit in a parking lot and had some minor cosmetic damage on the front bumper. My family has used this facility before and seems like the workmanship has gone downhill. Although I was able to pick up my vehicle earlier than expected here are some things I noticed upon picking up my vehicle. I saw some blobbing or what appears to be overspray on areas where it wasn’t damaged. They re-clear coated my entire bumper and on the side that wasn’t damaged you can see their tape line. I was told they were going to remove my bumper, but it seems that they only removed it halfway.
It is unfortunate that my practically new vehicle which I haven’t owned for a year was hit, but what’s worst is that this facility gave a lazy quick fix. Clearly there is an issue with the quality check.

I recently had an accident with my car and took it to this Caliber Collision. I had a great experience from the time I stepped in the shop to when I picked up my car. The GM, Luis, was very understanding and communicative throughout the entire process. The repair quick and of high quality. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a good job but they took an extra week for repairing just the plastic bumper, and that affected me a lot,
