I just purchased a property in South East San Diego on 07/08/2020. I got the letter from Escrow dated on 07/08/2020 that my loan was charged $1,050 for delay in closing per diem from 06/24/20 to 07/07/20 (closing was June 30th). The Real Estate that represented me named Pamila Seo, CA License 01485458, contact CA license ID (DRE) 02095133.On 07/21/2020, I contacted her to resolve the issue, she replied to forget about this amount as she gave me a good deal on my house!She has never informed me about delay in closing per diem. On 07/06/2020 the seller was still doing some repairs after closing date and we asked Pamila if it will delay anything in the process, she said no worries, no delay, and no cost! So, I was really surprised by $1,050. I contacted the listing agent myself, so I got money back $450, as they agreed on a mistake.I and my husband trusted Pamila 100% on our first-time home buyer, we follow all her advice, and all paperwork was returned ASAP when she asked us. We were not informed of the late paper return or even about any lateness in the process.Escrow apologized about the mistakes and we got $450 from the seller who agreed on a mistake too, but we get no help from her and she could only provide documents. There is an obvious lack of professionalism and no help to resolve the issues.We are having another issue with the plumbing now and we must pay $2,000 to fix the pipe for the most emergency, and $11,000 to place a new liner.When we asked her that we should inspect the plumbing by a specialist to make sure all was ok, she advised us to not do it (more costs, more time) and that the home inspection was enough. Unfortunately, we followed again her advice.Pamila is representing several companies, Realty World Homecares and California Real Estate Services located at 1625 Sweetwater Rd Ste A, National City, CA 91950 and Big Block Realty Inc, located at 3954 Murphy Canyon Rd Ste D202, San Diego, CA 92123-4420.
