I arrived around 3pm and was helped by Junior, I've wanted an Alpine system since I was in high school. By 6:30 my new system was installed along with a subwoofer. Everything looks and sounds perfect and I couldn't be happier.

Took my car in to check my alarm because it kept going off and the usual recommendations weren’t working. Yasir took care of it very quickly, so I don’t have to worry about my alarm draining my car battery empty again!

Beware of these scammers. They will rip you off and do damage to your car. I was quoted one price and then was called and told it would be an additional $200.00 for a basic installation and the original head unit was already removed all cabling was in place. They cut the power cable to my back up camera, left my dash lights in operational, and still have not refunded the second charge as they said they would. They are no good for their work quality, pricing , or just word of good faith. I typically support the small business but this one needs closed. I am escalating my issues to the professional labor board and attorney general. I took my car to another shop to have it repaired and it cost an additional $200 that would have been avoided if I would have never let these people touch my car. You have been warned, hit me up if you would like to see the conversations where they said I would be refunded and I will prove I have not been just to prevent this from happening to someone else.

The gentleman that helped me out was named Yasir.So here’s the rub as they say: I’ve had a classic car that I’ve wanted some work on and went to a few places. Long story short it felt like I was being trying to be sold on things even though I gave them a specific budget. Yasir and the gentleman working with him worked with my budget to be able to get stereo and alarm system put on my 66 galaxie without making me feel like I should have put bigger speakers and a bigger subwoofer. I like a normal sounding sub and enjoyed having them work on my car. Heck, although they could have cleaned the interior a little bit I felt the tech was super knowledgeable about my car so I tipped him for taking caution when removing the rear seats and installing the amp.Overall, yes I did vacuum my car myself after since I found a little piece of plastic here and there, but for the price, the knowledgeable tech, and working with my budget rather than trying to sell me something I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone I know.Update: I decided to take my Mercedes and Buick Riveria to get work done there too and couldn’t be happier. I’m just taking some time to save up more funds to take my classic corvette. Ow ow.

Yasir, hands down provided the best customer service by patiently answering all my questions regarding my stereo sound system upgrade and giving the best deal in town. In addition, Car Audio City assured me they would stay open to install my new sound system. The installation was done by Mozzy thanks for the amazing service and attention to detail!

Last week I lost power to my vehicle. Once power was restored I couldn't get the music side of my stereo to play. Went to Car Audio City were the installation took place. I barely got parked and a gentleman came up asking me what I needed. I told him my problem and in less than 3 minutes he restored my music ! Of course it was operator error but he went right to the problem.. no charge! Way to go. I wish I rememberd the guys name. ??

My car was broken into and my audio system was stolen. Mossy was very kind and helpful. He was able to get me back on the road in no time with an even better sound system! 12" subwoofer, an amplifier, and a bass control knob! What a great person to work with, would recommend this place to anyone looking for an audio system. Definitely bringing in my project car to get worked on ! Thanks Mossy!
