I was returning my internet modem the skinny guy told me I have to call and cancel the service I did call and my service got cancel I came back to him to return it he refuse to take back the modem . But when somebody else assist me they take it without any question ! This cox location need more train specially those young people who act like professionals

This Cox Cable service location in Chula Vista was fast, as I returned the Cox connection equipment, again I felt like extra was done at my return off their cable equipment, extra time at the computer checking if money was owed again with attitude by customer service, after I was informed over the phone it is just a walk in and drop off, well not so.. finally after another 10 minutes off searching for outstanding fees I was cleared with a not so nice smile by customer service employee, Employees in minimal customer service positions need to check themselves and remember their not in power off anything other than to perform their minimal job without attitudes towards customers!!. Advice do not work in customer service positions without having customer service skills or enjoying your job.. ?

Seriously don’t waste your time going here. Go to the Cox store in Hillcrest. The employees lie and told me that the only person that can help me is the exact associate that sold me my plan. Which the other store said was completely false. These are some of the laziest employees, why work in customer service if you hate serving customers?

Yannis doesn't have a customer service manner, 8/7 i sign up for $74.50 /month for 500mpbs,according to her I have an appointment for installation for 08/12 from 8-10. no apparently i don't have an appointment and the lady told me at their 800 # that my appointment is for 08/13 bet 8-10am. okay technician showed up and he said that the work order is just for outside not in house installation and he doesn't have any modem with him. i went to the store which is suck. Because the wait seems your at the DMV. but a least at the dmv they have so much help. but in this particular store there's 2 staff working.to make the story short I told her that how come my bill is $89.99. and she went to her computer and did something and she said its all taking care of, after 2-3 hrs. i checked my online and my speed went down to 250mpbs and its $69.00. If I there's a different internet provider in my area I would definitely cancel this. but i think this is the reason why, they know that no matter how bad is there customer service. And Yannis also she doesnt apologize and doesn't own up what she messed up. I am not even a established customer yet.

They will lie to you and charge you for something you're not using. So be careful when you go into the store! I was setup and after a year of trying to transfer my service I just found out I was scammed into a bundle I didn't know I was signing up. I had the cheapest deal before I moved and then it went up $5. And the lady at the store said oh here is something on us. Which was a lie because that's the reason my bill went up.A guy I work with said Cox says he owes over $500 for the device. Even though he returned it when he moved. So, when you return anything. Make sure to keep proof of the receipt or something stating it was returned. They will SCAM you into owing more money.Two people on the phone in billing and services said they would refund me because I never used the device and then I get transferred 3x to the last guy that said "SORRY THERE'S NOTHING I CAN HELP YOU."Do you want to get service through a company that doesn't care about their customers and only commissions? They're quick to take your money and never give money back.

there is one ignorant representative , regardless her coworkers asked if im being helped (while waiting in the seated areas) she replied “he’s being helped” she also skipped my name on the queue list they have to help other customer that came after me. she’s short latina with acne on her face , do not bother seeking help from her.

Great customer service here at this location. Christine Rascon one of the retail sales associate helped me after coming in for my cable being to expensive. She went threw all the deals and promotions that they had that fit in my liking and made it happen. Im satisfied with my bill and still have all the channel i love to watch. She save me some money and save a customer, because honestly I was getting ready to leave Cox. Great customer service Christine, thank you

Ari the lady at the podium lied and said I can upgrade. When installed then she's say oh it's 100+ service fee, because she couldn't activate from retailer store like she promised. So I returned it. SCAM. Who else has she done this to?

Intermittent issues with internet. Super fast installation when you register for services, but super slow when you have connectivity issues. They'll send a service person to your house, but it'll be $75 charge for that person to come over. Can't win with Cox, but they control the internet world. Thinking of AT&T as my next carrier. Need to do more research. Really give 2.5 stars, but 3 because it's just average.

After customer service agent over the phone screwed up my order, a very polite agent here straightened out the situation. Very nice, modern and comfortable place. No waiting.

Very unreliable business hours. Hours listed as 10-2 on Saturday, door was locked with no one in sight and no answer since 12pm.
