very disappointed . i went friday oct.6 to set an appt for Tuesday to pick up a car to rent i toook all my paper work and was set to come in tuesday . i get there and victor the gentlemen at the counter now says i'm not eligible to rent the car due to my license.. it's very unfortunate and inconvenient considering i was there friday , and i could of gotten aware then i wasn't eligible. we contact a higher manger and his he had no reason behind why & didn't even explain to me why i wasn't eligible? i'm sure this type of treatment isn't anywhere in the customer policy . very disappointed. the lack of stars dont lie. wish i could rate zero.

I Took A Bus To This Location Because They Didn't Answer Their Phone. Yeah They Advertise That They Will Pick You Up & Never Do. I Walked In The Hot Sun With My Cane When I Got There No Cars On A Monday. I Asked The Rep If He Could Please Check Computer @ Other Location Down The St, Yeah To See If They Had Any Rentals Available & They Did. I Also Asked Him If He Could Call Them, He Refused To Call Them And Handed Me Card Said You Call Them! I Did Call Them And They Said That They Didn't Have Any Rentals Either And Hung Up. I'm Sorry I Don't Recommend This Location Or The Other One In National City. I Rented From Avis And Recommended Them. Oh Yeah Also Included Picture Of The Card With Tiny Phone Numbers Below.

I wouldn't recommend this enterprise, they weren't very explanatory. i had the car switch out because the 1st rental vehicle i had was too small for my family and got a rav4 instead and the person that work at enterprise said it was the same rate as the previous rental vehicle. So when it was time to return the vehicle i was charge $151 for the rate of the vehicle. because there was a $5 difference on the rental vehicle. I just wish they could've explain to me better before i made the switch. Look elsewhere!

I had to drop of my car because its going to get fix,enterprise agent (Victor Ruiz) took good care of me and husband was very profesional and quick I highly recommend this place specially if Victor is around...Enterprise need more agents like Victor" Thank You Enterprise for fast,easy and pleasent service,and Thank you Victor for your pleasent and kindness personality,

Picking up the rental: Pretty smooth experience so far. We came in during a rush of customers, but they got us checked in pretty quickly. We had made a reservation through GEICO insurance since we had a woops on the car and are getting it fixed at the shop. I don't remember the name of the person that helped us, but man, did he help us! There just so happened to be a mustang convertible on the lot that was available to us and we were sold on it. I mean why not, right? More to come :)

2 weeks ago we had reservations for a SUV for vacation and everything went smooth and the lady that helped ** was great. She didnt hold ** long and everything went good, had the car for a week and came back and drop it off and didnt have any problems. Just told her to check the car because it was making so type of noise other than that the customer service was good and we will be back!!

We came to ***** last Thursday and had the shittiest experience with Routes car rentalanother consumer experiencing the same issue informed ** of Enterprise. We had to go ******************* and was greeted by ******. IF THIS YOUNG MAN WAS NOT AN ACTOR OFF OF UNDERCOVER BOSS; HE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE THE ***** Tareeq embodied every facet of customer service; ****, he WROTE THE ****** We didnt even explain the previous fukery; it was as if he ALREADY knew!! After taking a loss from **************** we just wanted to do something cheap; anything on 4 wheels..Tareeq made SURE that we had the best ***** experience as he upgraded our vehicle; so we could ride in style!! I dont know who needs to hear or read this but THAT YOUNG MAN DESERVES his own store OR travel the country and TRAIN other associates of how a customer should treated. Tareeq you keep on providing the service that makes people REMEMBER what you did for them youll go far!!!
