Waste of money & time if you need a notary. I wasted a day of work only to walk away with a “notarized” document that got rejected by the apostille office in LA. They told me it lacked a cover letter and my notarized document therefore was invalid. So frustrating! I drove from San Diego to Los Angeles and felt taken advantage of by this lady inside Vallarta. I then realized AAA Club notarizes documents for its members for free! This shop inside Vallarta needs to get shut down and stop fooling people. It’s no wonder that place is always empty. They don’t know what they are doing.
YOU ARE WRONG. “EXPRESS MULTISERVICES,” THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE DOES NOT ACCEPT YOUR “NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS” OR SIGNATURES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE, A DOCUMENT THAT ALL NOTARIES NEED TO ATTACH. THE SERVICE I PAID FOR FAILED TO SERVE IT’S PURPOSE AND WHAT I PAID FOR BECAUSE OF IT. AGAIN, YOU ARE MISSING AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW TO COMPLETE AND ATTACH. YOU SHOULD LEARN MORE BY CONSULTING WITH AN APPROVED NOTARY PUBLIC EDUCATION COURSE BEFORE CONDUCTING BUSINESS AS A NOTARY.

I went to this place for the first time last week and had a great experience. The shop is inside the supermarket FYI. I sent a box to Colombia (21 lbs) and paid 85$. I think this service is reasonably price. The lady who works there is so nice. I will be coming back.
