If I could give zero stars I gladly would. Mia who is the manager at finish line at this location was the worst manger I ever met in my life. I went in to exchange some shoes my father got for Christmas & I specifically told her all I needed was a different size. The shoes were NEVER worn. She told me she had to return them & I'd have to purchase them again. I told her it's fine although I didn't understand why she couldn't just even exchange them.Once she returned the shoes, she was charging me for the shoes again but WHY WAS SHE CHARGING ME $30 plus more for the same exact shoes when I had the receipt & the shoes were in great condition. Why couldn't she tell me I was going to have to pay more before doing the transaction. She was by far the worst manager & the worst customer service I have ever got. Mia should be fired! I left without any shoes to give to my father thanks to her ignorance. She was careless & didn’t offer an apology. How could anyone do this to their customers.

I went to return and the lady had such a bad service also had 2 returns and she was cleaning 1 of the shoes asking me if i used it i said no i order them online so thats the way i got it so instead of just finishing my return shes cleaning it and then refund me but she was really rude no customer service i don't recommend going here

This place was super chill. The employees were all really nice, polite, receptive and knew their stuff. I would definitely go to this location before the Parkway Plaza location. The drive was more than worth it.Have a bad experience at other locations? Give this one a try!

Extremely happy with aliceali and her employees’ help returning several online orders. Compared to the help received at JD Sports, this Finish Line location is definitely the better choice and I would recommend shopping here if for no other reason, to marvel at the courtesy and personality of its employees.

I am not one to write bad reviews. But I was very disappointed at the service I got from both the assistant manager and employee. I bought my 7 year old some black AF1 as a Christmas gift. He wore the shoes twice and got very bad blisters. I took them back to exchange or get my money back. As my son was NOT going to wear them anymore. I was very honest with them and Explained to them that my son did in fact wear the shoes and did get blisters. The employee laughed in my face and said “I’m not returning these” he called his assistant manager to confirm and she said the same. They didn’t try to help me out whatsoever. I have been a manager at footlocker before and I know that In situations like these they should try to help the customers at least by offering them an exchange option. And not let them Walk out disappointed. Horrible horrible experience.

Again horrible customer service yesterday; store was busy at the time but had enough staff working to man the store; alot of people including myself just there waiting to receive assistance while they just stood around, when a customer would ask for some help they would just look at each other! A female customer ask an employee for assistance getting shoe size then gives her a look like I gotta take out the trash! And they had a mess at check out to make things worse they were only using one register.

Came here to get my boyfriend shoes for Christmas just last night and I was not impressed with the customer service. First off, when I arrived at the mall, I passed by here at 7:30 and the gate was already halfway down and one of the girl workers was standing by the gate... excuse me but it is the week of Christmas and the mall closes at 9 pm?? They should NOT be closing the gate by any means an hour and a half before closing... so, after going to a few stores, I go here, and by this time it is 8:15... the girl was still standing at the gate that was halfway down with still 45 minutes until closing... I approach her and say "can I come in? You still have 45 minutes until you close right?" and she seems very iffy about whether or not she should let me in... finally after about a minute of looking around and thinking about whether she wants to let me in she says I can "come on in"... like excuse me but AGAIN your gate should not be down this early before closing!!! So I get into the store, find the shoes I need quickly, and there is one worker at the register and ONE person on the floor getting shoe sizes for customers... so I'm standing there waiting and I am not acknowledged until about 5 minutes after clearly waiting at the back door to get a shoe size and being passed by this worker about 3 times... one thing I can say is that they did have sizes in all the shoes I was thinking about getting... I was just very frustrated because it is the week of Christmas, they should NOT be closing their gate halfway down an hour and a half before closing just because they don't want customers in there past closing-- SUCK IT UP, and that worker who was guarding the gate could have made herself useful on the floor by helping customers get shoe sizes instead of standing at the gate on her phone... if you close at 9, that gate should stay open until 9!!!! so unprofessional!!!!

Three employees and 1 customers. Act like I wasn't there. The manager was even discussing customer service with them. Then they all dispersed. One Employee helped the customer and the manager was nowhere to be seen. Had to actually go ask for help from the one that just finished helping the . I still bought the shoes I needed though.customer
