The sales rep who greeted me was very weocoming but not all pushy. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and worked with me to find a suitable vehicle. An order was placed and a deposit made. When the vehicle arrived he showed me the key features, went with me on a test drive, and he and another lady guided me through the paperwork. I drove away a completely satisfied customer.

The reviews by previous customers are correct. The people are well trained in knowledge of the vehicles and most of all they treat you with respect and integrity. This company is well run. They don’t oversell unlike other dealers who want to stick you with overpriced accessories to maximize profits and then pull the rug from under you if you don’t agree. Their pricing for vehicles is fair and not price gouging. If I were to buy another Toyota I would come here. Ask for Jonny and he will treat you right. Their complimentary coffee and hot chocolate machines are great to use while waiting for the paperwork process.

I had a great experience at Dalton Toyota in National City. Stephanie, my service advisor, had great communication and was a pleasure to work with. Their service department is prompt and fairly priced. I recommend them for Toyota repairs!

Daltons service department makes it very easy to keep up with the maintenance of our car. From reminders and scheduling the appointment to the efficient service given, and helpful documentation; we are assured that our car maintenance is being kept up to date. Service manager Mike Biales is very knowledgeable and explains to us what is needed and why. We leave with the confidence that our car is well taken care of.

Always a 5 star service. They are friendly, personable and do a great job with my car. I feel like things are always reasonably priced. They work fast for the services they’re doing. They paid for a Lyft for me since the car was going to take 2.5 hours, which was so nice, since I had a brunch to get to. I have nothing but positives to say about this place. I had to ask my husband to take my car to get the service done. I called a head to make sure that was OK, they were very kind and helpful on the phone. When my husband came back he told me that everyone there was very kind,friendly and attentive. My husband said he felt very comfortable. Thank you Dalton Toyota!

Dalton doesn’t honor their own coupons or tire warranties. For this reason I will not be going back. I had been a long time customer over 10-years. In addition, during my previous service, Dalton could not even diagnose a faulty alternator, but still managed to charge me over a thousands without solving the issue and keeping my car for over a week. Once I went to another mechanic, they identified the faulty alternator in minutes. Not sure why I went back again. Never again… they rip you off… save your money and headache and go somewhere else.

Mike is amazing. He works so hard and is so nice and very knowledgeable. Serena is nice and funny. It was a pleasure being greeted by her. Both Mike and Serena's professionalism and personality made my visit to the service station nice.I did however notice that whoever steam cleaned my engine did a VERY BAD JOB. There is still residue left on my engine. Wish I would have checked before I left? other then that everything else was great.

Here my story at Dalton Toyota used to be Frank Toyota.This happed October 20, 2023My appointment was at 9:15 a.m. 20th October 2023, I was told it gonna be ready by 11:30. I went outside around 12:00 noon to check where is my truck. Thats 2 HOURS and 45 MINUTES of my truck just sitting at the parking lot waiting to get service. Then I saw it being driven to the lift area for them to just start the change oil. I have to pick up my kids in school at 12:30. So I went to the counter Mad as hell took my keys and left.
