This place use to be really good. We did a pedi and it was terrible, we will not go back again. The chair was messed up and hurt, nails were different shapes and lengths. No thank you

Was recommended this place and I've been coming here since the beginning of the year making appointments with My. I got a fill 35 bucks a fresh set is 45 and basic pedicure is 27. Seems well priced to me.

I dont think i can recommend this spot or ever come back. I came in yesterday for a french gel manicure and the lady that did my nails was great very sweet and the nails came out cute but when i went home the gel had already started to peel off of all my nails, so i came in today and another lady did my nails again, but she was so aggressive with the way she was filing my nails down it was actually painful and i was flinching and even pulled my hand away at one point because she was literally filing down my cuticles. Its not my fault she had to basically work for free because the product they used on me yesterday was not good. I was about to tell her to just stop and refund me but went through with it anyway since she had already started. When she was done with my nails I had to ASK for oil for my poor cuticles which were all tender

The ladies were really helpful, quick and good at what they do.It can become pretty busy (...even with an appointment) so, I definitely reccomend making appointments for whatever services you're seeking.Also, they did change their name recently to Kitty Nails so it was just a tad confusing - so, heads up.Everyone in my group was even given a New Year's gift on our way out too - super sweet!

Good price but completely disregarded how i told her i wanted my nails done & did absolutely no work on the nails before starting to apply new ones! (Left my cuticles all tacky looking)

I had a terrible experience at this place. The woman who did my nails did them in a rough and rude way after a new customer came in at the last minute near closing time. That was not my fault. I was also pressured to pick a color and they took the book of colors away when I was still using it and seemed bothered to give it back. This place is a mess. They talk behind your back ina different language if you point out just one thing that needs fixing. And if you don’t say anything and come back to get your nails fixed, they say “why didn’t you say anything?!”, when the reason why is cuz they give you a really hard time and are rude when you do say something!!!Btw, the nail tech could have refused service to the last minute customer. But no, she ended up being really rude and ROUGH and she rushed me towards the end of the visit. She also shoved my hand back at me like she was treating my hand like an inanimate object which is extremely rude and unacceptable. I will not ever be going back to this place. I used to come here often, but after this unsettling experience, no way.Save your time and money by going to this overpriced and rude establishment.Services: Nail polish changes

I was surprised to see that the tools they used were sealed in sterile covering. I had just a full but I feel like they did a good job.
