Bought a pair of slippers on christmas eve that didn’t fit my wife for Christmas. Took them back 2 days later in brand new condition and because a sticker was peeling on the bottom they refused to take them back. Ive shopped at Journeys for 20 years. This is the last $ of mine they will ever see unless this is made right.

Gave me the wrong shoe size & they didn’t make up for it. I had to miss work & money because of this mistake. The least they could have done was give a discount.Details: I tried on two pairs of shoes & I asked for the bigger size. They made a mistake and sold me the smaller shoe size. I didn’t notice until I was at the parking lot for work & couldn’t work because the shoes didn’t fit.Disappointed in their customer service.

Went to Plaza Bonita mall for back to school shopping for my kid. We decided to take a look at Journeys. They had a few shoe selections on display but most were out of stock/not our size. We had a staff by the name of Ozzy who helped us. He was helpful and patient. The store was clean and spacious. Had a few chairs for you to sit down and try on shoes, along with long mirrors to check out the kicks. They also have those stockings for you to try on the shoes. There were some shoe sales going on.

I was looking for Champion and Fila brands, no luck at Foot Locker, found some on their Journeys website, so I stopped by to check with the employees, for some reasons they have 3 stores at Plaza Bonita, one Journeys Kid upstair, 2 Journeys for adults downstair, each carries different stuffs, for all the brands you could buy for better prices at Ross, this Journeys still sell them for regular price, for example I saw a pair of Fila Disruptor for $26.99 at Ross, it will be $70 at Journeys still, even for the Champion slides I got not too long ago for $6 at Foot Locker, it is $19.99 here. I felt it was a bit overpriced and also they didn't price match with any of their competitors, so I ended up not buying any, but I have to acknowledge their customer service, they were very resourceful to guide me thru all kinds of shoes, unfortunately they might have to apply the summer discounts to some of their collection to help with the sales. I will probably go back to Ross to pick up those shoes, but I wish them good luck.

Bought shoes a Guy and young girl kept trying to upsell me. I said I am having surgery can I return Wrong size. Men’s not women’s. Said could return and they now say no. Boycott this store. They ripped me off 4 people working there harassed me. Bad business workers gave me a hard time 4 of them bad treatment. Never and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. You all are wrong.

This journey had some decent selection. I would say they would definitely need to work on carrying more sizes. I noticed the people in front of me got frustrated as well because they didn't have many sizes in stock. If they didn't have the size they would tell you to go check out their other location instead of checking for you by making a call at least.

Nothing but kid’s working there that don’t know their own prices. Shoes had sale price and they tried to sell me them for regular price. Then they said the sale was over but all the shoes still had sale tags. I walked over to their other location and they had same shoe at sale price! I told their manager about what happened at the other location and she offered to walk over and talk to them. She even apologized for their mistake something the other one didn’t. This place needs to work on customer service.

i just called right now to ask about a shoe i would like to purchase. someone answered and answered all my questions until i asked what color are the shoes on the box. sadly she acted like she didn't hear me just because she didn't want to check the back for the box. then said "hello? hello?" and i responded hello back then she hung up? HUH? i know she heard me. this is why they barely get customers anymore. just rude workers.

Mckyla (or whatever her name is) is the rudest most disrespectful sales employee I’ve ever came across while shopping for back to school things. The Journey at Las Americas Outlets is way more professional and helpful with all questions and needs.

I was looking into getting my first pair of Dr Martens, but unfortunately I had little to no knowledge about them and how they're suppose to feel and fit, so I decided to stop by at the store. I was instantly greeted by Ivan, who was very kind right off the get go. I explained to him out I've never tried on docs so I had no idea how they were suppose to feel. Ivan then fully explained in details how dr Martens run, how are they suppose to feel, and how to take care of them in such a simple yet professional form that I felt like I knew all about them in that little explanation from Ivan. After a little conversation with Ivan about Football( we got a little off track), he offered to bring various styles of Dr Martens to see which one caught my eye. I wear 10.5 on all my shoes, so Ivan brought out various styles in size 10, as well as size 11 for me to try on, because he said docs martens run half a size big. To which he was correct, 10 felt perfect for me. I ended up getting my first pair( 1460 Nappa) as well as a pair for my daughter ( got her the shiny pink ones), along with a care kit ( which he recommended if I wanted to make them last longer, and make them look like new for longer, which I do), along with some socks, because he recommended that I wear longer socks, so the back of the boot didn't blister up the back of my heel. Huge shoutout to Ivan for being quite frankly, the most helpful, polite, and energetic retail employee I've ever had the privilege to be assisted by. If anyone wants an awesome customer service experience, ask for him. I'll definitely be stopping by soon to get some new shoes.

Went to journeys to find a pair of black and white converse on the 20th of December. sadly they were sold out but the manager Anthony helped me out and gave me excellent service and helped me find a pair of doc martens in green instead which I love! Shoutout to Anthony there he helped a lot!

i had a horrible experience here yesterday. i was trying to get my brother a new pair of shoes for christmas, and asked for some help. anthony, THE STORE MANAGER, was so rude and unhelpful. if the management can't even be decent to customers, why should i stop in? i went to finish line after that and ended up getting the shoes there.
