Got me some cayoot cowgirl boots from here. There was one person trying to assist 3 customers. So I get it customer service was alright. When asking her name she said Christy and kinda snapped at me when I asked was this the display shoe. She said yes because they only give one size per shoe. They did give military discount, so that's a plus!

Nobody was able to help me out, they didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t let me do an exchange the day after because I didn’t have a receipt.

No doubt, this place has a wide variety of selection. Really nice! Their customer service however, HORRIBLE. The one worker (Latino young lady that has short/shoulder length hair with blonde high lights... was wearing ripped up jeans and a lace up nude top) was immediately giving off the vibe of negativity. She kept giving attitude to EVERY customer. Checking her phone repeatedly in the corner and looking up from her phone as customers asked for assistance. I had tried on a pair of heels and was assisted by another worker who was nice and approachable. After I had decided on a pair of heels, as the RUDE A** worker was checking me out, I noticed the bottom of the heels I was buying had scuff marks on them. So I had asked her if there was another pair of 8 1/2 heels and she immediately said "No this is our last pair"... I would understand if there was an indication that meant it was the last pair but she had no hesitation saying it. It was clear she did not want to go to the back, I say this because I younger girl was asking for a size and the RUDE A** worker pushed the heel out of her way and said "Wait". I asked "Is there anyway you can check" and she shut the box with attitude and said underneath her breathe "Next time check it before you try it on-" and slammed the shoes down on the bench behind her. Clearly she wanted me to hear it, and I know FOR A FAVT other customers heard and saw it too. She darted into the back room and began going off, not loud enough to where you can recollect what she was saying but loud enough to hear it outside from the back room. The nice worker repeatedly said "What? What? What happened?" And she repeatedly went off. Then she comes outside and states that the size was the last one. I wanted those heels after looking for the perfect pair so I gave in and said I'll take it then. I paid and the MINUTE I grabbed my shoes, I told her "Next time don't be rude. If you have something to say, say it to my face. You don't need to be rude". She had the AUDACITY to look at me like I'm rude. Like I was in the wrong. First off lady, You don't treat people like that. Understandably you may be having a bad day, but don't think someone won't snap at you for treating them so rudely. Judy's shoes has a reputation of having such rude, mean and LAZY workers. No wonder they have a "We have the right to refuse service" sign, it's so they get away with treating their customers like sh**. Another thing, they don't have name tags so customers can't report them. Paid $42.99 for heels and being treated so rudely.

First of all I have to say that the product and the prices are good. But the costumer service oh my God the girls they're all together on the corner ,they don't acknowledge you that they are there, you practically have to beg them to find a number or size that you need. I get it not everyone is made for customer service but I have to say those girls need training. I hope I get the manager attention or the owners attention because I have to say the product is really good and so the prices ,the store it's always full...but... the customer service is so bad that people walk away. I also have to say that I was so impressed that I am putting this review right here I never did Bad reviews before. From what I'm reading here it's a lot of complains about customer service so I think you guys should do something about it.

Horrible customer service! Before hiring this girls they should teach them what customer service is about! I went in like 15mins to closing time they ignored me when i walked in then I asked for a size and the girl took for ever back there looking for the size ( i was the only one in the store) to tell me it was not available so I asked for another shoe then she tells me you only have 2 minutes to shop I said ok she went to get "the shoe" and took for ever!!!! Then she comes and tells me you can't buy anything anymore is all ready 9 I said well you took for ever back there maybe you were back there waiting to be 9 and close! I understand they want to close and go home but if a customer is all ready in the store and waiting for the size to buy the shoe they should help that customer even if it means getting out a couple minutes later than normal time. I really hope you guys hire better people or teach them what customer service is about! is not the first time I come in and their service is horrible!!!

Bad customer service. Was ignored so many times. The middle age lady wouldn't have talked to us if I didn't tell her that we've been waiting. The experience was awful except for the young, tall lady who helped us.

They don't deserve a star. Please don't shop here. Horrible customer service. The manager Sonya has the worse attitude. Gave us the wrong shoe and did not want to to return it. No return policy was in affect even though we didn't leave the store. PLEASE don't shop here. HORRIBLE people. Disgusting store.

The store itself is nice, they have a variety of shoes which attracts many people. I think the prices would be worth it if the quality of the shoe matched its price. I went in a month ago and grabbed two pairs of sandals. I've used them probably twice, maybe three times at the most, and they are so uncomfortable! They made my feet hurt despite not walking a long distance and I can already see some wearing off of the cloth. I read someone else say that these shoes are swapmeet quality, I agree! One would think since the store is inside a mall it would be a little better, but no. The owners are very much aware that their shoes are trash that's why all sales are final.
