i walked in with hopes of potentially becoming a metro client and switching from tmobile. As soon as i walked in Sol had an attitude, i am all about doing my part in regards to reaching out to tmobile and obtaining the information needed for the switch that is not a problem the issue is Sol does not communicate in a pleasant manner, she seems like she is bothered to talk to customers, she didn’t excuse herself when she walked to the back leaving me wondering if she would be able to assist me or not once she came back it was clear to me we would have a problem because she had a really bad attitude i asked her for her managers information and said id be putting in a complaint i started leaving the store when she started arguing from the back of the counter saying i am no longer welcomed to that establishment i will be more than happy to never return and never see her again she is very distasteful, condescending, rude someone else has posted a similar review about Sol management needs to see she needs proper training on customer service.

I’ve been going here for years and I know that there is only one employee (Rosa) that knows how to do the job efficiently and treat clients with respect. The employee (Sol) that helped me yesterday had a very rude attitude. She couldn’t answer my question and when I would try to explain what I was asking her, she would talk over me and tell me I’m wrong. She needs to practice active listening skills and get proper training. Every time she went to the back she would slam the door as if she was having a tantrum. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

very rude unprofessional employees, absolutely no customer assistance stay away, cant give a straight answer. i spent 8 hours at the store on Highland Ave. in national city CA. I realize why this metro store is in this neighborhood they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that star is a negative .

It was about ten minutes giving my information, and the polite rep said I can possibly get $30 dollars off. After we were finished they said my purchase would be $397. I had my credit card out and I could not pay the first month later so I was right about to make the choice to pay. I spoke about how much the phone was, and how much the monthly rate was, and after going over the numbers it turns out that $397 is wrong, it should be $344. At this point I am thinking, "why am I not being told about the possible 30 dollars off?" I asked to speak to a manager and they become snappy so I interrupted them and said "$397 was not right." She said "Ok take a seat" and I chose to quietly leave. But it was more difficult that I kept on having a light sense of humor and they didn't smile once the whole 15 minutes, overall just a place I wouldn't choose to visit.
