I've been a Metro customer for over fifteen years. They have the best customer service people in the industry. Plus the rates were reasonable compared to other wireless provides.

MetroPCS is a division of T-Mobile. Don't know how well other major players are in data speeds to compare services from other providers like AT&T. MetroPCS is just a store front to sell the phone and setup service, make payments or buy related products for your phone. The customer service on the phone when I call in to the call center with my problems. MetroPCS has the very best customer service people and try their best to give you a wonderful experience which is a bit hard when T-Mobile is lacking in holding up their end for the good data speeds. There is only so much MetroPCS can do when T-Mobile isn't getting the 500 KB/s or more to my phone.

Metro pcs is high way robbery they lie about how well their service is and the international long distance. They charge you the most and lock down your phone and are not willing to make you whole they just tell you they sorry your services do not work but we still need you to pay your bill for this non working phone for at least 180 days more before re e we can release it. How wrong so now your stuck with a phone with features you can do nothing with missing calls and then some. I say man if you need that long distance and that international your best bet will be cricket trust I'm crying to go back....

Dariana was the person working behind the counter. OMG I swear this chick gave me the worst costumer service. I've been around the block and she by far takes the cake for rudest employee ever. She was mean put words in my mouth and I almost didn't buy anything just because she was so rude. Don't go to this location cause she could be there and it will ruin your day by having to deal with her. If I were her boss I'd fire her on the spot.

Luis is rude and I do not understand why. I went in asking for help with a software update I attempted the other day and he couldnt have been any less helpful. His ultimate solution after barely listening to me was a factory reset and then a maybe you cam call customer service and then a maybe you can call Samsung. When I asked for the numbers he suggested I Google it. I wanted to ask about an upgrade but I will take my business elsewhere. I get it's a holiday and maybe you dont want to be at work but dont take that out on everyone else!!

Went in this store after work cause I broke my phone and needed to get another. I wasn't looking forward to going here. For sure I thought I would be there awhile deciding what phone to get and waiting in line, etc. Then after I bought the phone, I would have to go home and transfer all my contacts,etc to my new phone.It sucks losing or breaking your phone. Become way too common for me. But I was so wrong! I must have been in there a total of 10 minutes. The sales person, Maggie was the best thing that happened to me on this day. Not only was she pleasant and soooo nice, but she hooked me up with a nicer phone than the one I had broke and even transferred my contacts for me. All in 10 minutes! I left this place happy. When I run over this phone I definitely will go see Maggie again. Love this place!!!
