I would give it a zero if I could. I have never had a ruder or meaner manager encounter in my entire life. I feel bad for the employees they look miserable.... And can barely fake a smile.

I'm surprised this location doesn't have all 5 star reviews as I've been banking with them since 2016 and not once ever had a bad experience. The reason I hoped on here is to give Davis and Anthony (mainly Davis though because he's the one who assisted my husband and I the entire time, Anthony came in at the end to review everything looked correct and he was very nice as well). Shout out to Davis for being an exemplary example of what EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE AS PART OF THEIR TEAM!!! He was polite, kind, listened, excellent feedback and made our experience beyond positive! We didn't have an appointment and were seen right away. He explained in detail our options and didn't push or rush us into anything. He watched my husband and I discuss our concerns, waited patiently as we made a few phone calls before making a decision. We will continue bringing our business to this location as we are always treated as friends and family. Upper management if you're reading this: please train all other employees to follow Davis Example. You will gain many more loyal customers.

If you come here, expect to wait. Seems like they never have enough staff. But every time I come there seems to be new staff. Idk, but just know. You will wait, don't come during lunch or if you are in a hurry. Parking can also be tonight since they share it with the coffee place next door.

I bank at mfcu. It doesn't havea lot of people. Most time you are in and out. The people are really nice and helpful.

It’s unacceptable for a bank to run out of coins, came in for quarters and they were out. And also gave me a hard time for banking to Schools First, I’ve never had any issue going to any other credit union, including this branch, I’ve been help previously with no issue, I feel like the teller that help today had no idea what she was talking about.

Branch absolutely does nothing to help. Will hold your money for days and won't let you access it. Customer service is horrible . Everything about this branch is just bad . Will be closing my account soon.

The hours are not convenient 9am to 5 pm ???? everyone is at work during those hours then your closed on sat? Seriously extend your hours open earlier or close later or both.Then your card machines get jammed and have issues??? What is this McDonald's? Come on get it together.

Came into the national city branch after being per approved for a credit card and even got a phone call from a banker to come in to get my card funded as I was walking in. Since I had spoken to a person literally as I was walking in I thought the process would be fast and simple… but NO!! The lady who I had previously spoken to ,told me that another banker named Summer would help me , well it took Ms. Summer 15min to get to me from the lobby , then I asked her some basic questions in regards to the promotion which came with the card ,which she didn’t know the answer to and had to look it up and then told that they wouldn’t be able to print any of my account information because she couldn’t find a printer ? And also that they wouldn’t be able to print out the card in that branch…then I asked her how long the card machine had been out of service which she replied to “over 2 months” then referred me to go visit a branch on telegraph canyon, which made me extremely upset because she should have started with that information and I could have gone straight to the other place instead of having to deal with this...the worst part was when I got to the Telegraph canyon branch even they were surprised she hadn’t gave me any of my account information.. overall I would not recommend the national city branch due to it being unorganized… and personally as a first time mission fed customer this was a bad experience to the point where I’m not even sure it’s worth staying there.

Really bad service I made 30 mins line. To change a check for job did to tell me they can’t change because the check writer not answering to verification so she take the check and tell me I have to wait for another 30 mins to say I’m sorry I can’t change?

Well folks it took 7 days but the branch manager from this location contacted me. We discussed what all happened that day it was a miscommunication between the teller and I. Thanks for Tina the branch manager who worked diligently to get this resolved. I will be going back to the branch to Reopen a new acct. I'd like to thank those involved in getting to the correct people to get things resolved. Thank you Mission and upper management to help solve this crisis.

MFCU refinanced our used car 2 years ago. Now since NFCU and Wells Fargo temporarily suspended accepting HELOC, we filed our HELOC application with MFCU. Rachelle Joy Taylor completed our application 1/11 and filed at the location. Rachelle did not take much time , as she did a very professional service. Process was done in a little bit less than an hour. We went back 1/13 for additional documents and was assisted by Ms. Fuentes, who was very accommodating. Ms. Fuentes helped us with the upload and done in about 30 minutes. Thank you to Rachelle and Ms. Fuentes for our pleasant experience. May you reap the business benefit that other financial institutions temporarily suspended. BC of San Diego
