My niece graduated yesterday, and she wanted to find an outfit for an event she is attending, after we paid for this sweater she chose, we get beeped at the sensors, So a coworker grabbed the bagged item and proceeded to the counter with haste, after the sensor item was removed, he acted real gingerly on giving us our item back. Started making a hand jester to make us go across the sensor like we stole something, I felt disrespected.

I wish I could give it no stars this is by far the most racial profiling store I’ve ever been into. Their also very rude and disrespectful to customers Asian lady yelling and making disrespectful remarks to customers very uncomfortable place to shop plus very over prices for the material of the clothing

Beware of this scammy store! I had one of the worst shopping experiences here as a tourist from abroad. It was a very shocking experience. Last night, I purchased a Smoke Rise jacket and changed my mind this morning. However, when I checked the receipt, I noticed it stated “no cash refund.” Concerned, I called the store to confirm whether I could return the item and get my money back. The manager flat-out refused, citing the store’s policy, which she claimed was posted at the register. However, I was never informed of this policy during checkout, and it only appeared on the receipt after I made the purchase. I’m shocked and deeply disappointed by such deceptive practices and the lack of transparency in this store’s management. I’m filing a complaint to the Customer Protection Bureau. 😡

Hate to come when the older lady with the long hair is not there ?.
There’s always walls with nothing on them for me to choose from.
Nobody helps build my outfits like her!!!
She has a one on one time with me
makes and always makes sure that I walk out with what I was looking for and sometimes way more LMAO!!
I can’t ever ask the other employees with no sense of style that look like they hate their job for help!! Specially the fat red hair girl with the belly botton piercing?!!!
The Chinese lady is always behind us acting
like we are there to take something with out paying, I am a consistent customer putting lots of money into they’re pockets!!! They see my face every week, they see how much I buy and she still thinks I’m going to steal something just because of my skin color!!
I ONLY buy here cus is I love the older lady’s attention and cus I love what she always does for me.
She definitely knows what she is doing I’m going to lose my style if she ever leaves that store I’m giving revolution 5 stars just because of her!!

Had terrible experience with two employees who lied about fitting room policy told my friend she could only try on three items total not at a time when it clearly states ata time and they snatched a dress from my friend who was going to try it on they were very disrespectful very dissapointing because they have cute clothing they spoke Spanish one was an older Hispanic lady

Terrible customer service! An older woman took us out because she thought we wouldn't buy! If one is looking (first time I've entered that store) obviously it's going to take me a while and about 3-4 times can you help me? And I don't, I only see... well, here it's not for looking or just walking! That ! Horror store, ugly attitude, bad service, and poor quality, advice, if you don't like your job, look for another one! Don't stay bitter there! That's what they reflect to the customer! Ps. I hope you find a better job to change that attitude!

They sale clothes idk why I would need to review this place but ok I guess I go in and buy something if it’s appealing to me other than that i keep walking past it 90 percent of the time at the mall. Not much of a-trend follower so like I said unless I’m looking for something specific I won’t go in and I’m definitely not one to just go in because of a sale or something silly like that.

I will never shop here again my husband was physically stopped and illegally searched by a plain clothes employee. We were doing back to school shopping and had already purchased a backpack from Tilly's and had it with us. We entered the store with the bag. The mail employee not identified as security but clearly working that role laid hands on my husband and forcibly search our bag. When he saw a JanSport backpack he thought it was from their store. It's the second time I've gone in and it's a very bad experience, the owners are intimidating and annoying, you walk around the store to choose, because the clothes are different, it's not the best, but there are different clothes, I wanted to give it a new chance today and for Please, I'm not coming back. Horrible place! Bought a sweater for a gift and was aware of the policy of returns. Exchanges needed to be done within 24 hours. Literally had the jacket and receipt to exchange for a bigger size and they denied it and said "the jacket smelled like perfume." Wth! Come up with a better excuse. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Terrible customer service. Was yelled at by a store worker (older woman) “excuse me you think you work here or something?! Read the sign it say to ask a worker to get your items.. THESE RACKS CAN FALL ON YOUR FACE.” I apologized said “I didn’t see the sign.” The older woman just rolled her eyes and walked away. When I went to try on the dress the worker was standing at the waiting rooms. I said “I didn’t appreciate the way you spoke with me” the woman replied “ok, do you wanna try in the dress or not?”… I’m super upset how this older woman tried to intimidate younger customers and without any regards for peoples feelings. This dress was also for my birthday the next day.Also why are their shelf’s so unsafe for the customers?!

This store should learn a bit more respect following people of color and being racist is not ok today may 28th 2023 my friend was followed and accused of stealing even after she let security check her bag..!! it's 2033 people leave stereotype behind!!!!!!
