I normally come here and sometimes i get issues with a pump or no air but today there was no gas and no signs anywhere. I tried two pumps. Someone else tried to fuel their tank and their pump wasn't working either. The store was closed. I went around 9:30pm.

Hours on here are incorrect and they should put up a sign. I am not sure about their hours but it has been a couple of time now that I go and store is closed and pumps are on but do not dispense any fuel. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW!!!!

I've been going to this location for several years without issues until this year. I've had to encounter the current manager & her terrible customer service skills 2x in 3 months: she talks with confident denial of accountability for anything & makes customer feel at fault for issues. Few months ago I got a car wash that took a rear wiper & wiper cap off & off set some hood linings with a strength that surprised me when I readjusted after with a rubber mallet. My car is in good maintenance & not that old. The manager retrieved the wiper & tried to claim it was good & offered no comp for damage other than a warning to next time tape the wiper ...but what about the force that messed with other parts of my car? A car wash shouldn't cause that much concern. I had to have my wiper replaced, which fortunately the Hyundai dealership is just next door for. But then most recently, 1 of the fuel pumps wouldn't read my card. The manager was very aggressive in her demeanor without being provoked & accusatory, even when the screen gave the appearance that it may need to be serviced. I asked if I could just use another pump & she gave me an explanation that my card could lock under possibilities of theft after trying so many times. So, I had to go inside the mart to pay. My bank is near by, so I had my card checked after fueling up. My card was perfectly fine. I thought it would help to clarify this. So, I returned to let the manager know it was the station's pump reader with the issues. The manager became unreasonably argumentative when I just wanted to bring attention to an issue that probably needed servicing, esp if tampering could be suspect. Facility maintaince seems to be an on going issue here now that is putting customer's properties at risk & this confrontational treatment is unacceptable. It's fortunate a law suit isn't in the works yet

Man this car wash is disappointing. I paid the 18 dollars to see how it is and it washed washed my car the same as the cheapest wash nothing different about it such a scam or there not maintaining there machine’s properly.

Terrible service yesterday I took my truck to be washed...there are no usable vacuum cleaners, my truck ended up damaged and punctured and at the moment I want to see the manager it's not very bad service and it left when I made payment they didn't even give me a ticket and so far there is no number where I can make my complaint and my money wasted in the trash.

Went to get gas and decided to get a car wash. The car wash attendant is incompetent. She scraped my car and when I asked her to get someone else, she got a stranger out of the line to move my car. I had no idea she pulled a stranger out of the line. Apparently the cashier made the decision and when I questioned it and asked for the managers name and store owners number, she kicked me out. I ended up calling the corporate office, when I was trying to handle this locally.

There car wash drive through is terrible. After the wash i felt Like I had to dry the whole car. My vehicle was still so wet and many soap bubbles were left on it as well. Mantinence your car wash machine.

Crazy story read about it a bit , I'm pretty sure what I saw is less than legitimate . Frank Toyota , if the service men use a blue uniform , while the line for purchases was being made, the cashier joe handed the worker from another business a Loaded card to pay. Well must be nice if shell constantly bills themselves. From knowledge and may be limited with reference, shouldn't the companies mail bill each other to keep the financial system standing ? What's the point if Frank Toyota employee just hands back the card at the time of payment . Really , maybe I'm sticking my nose where it doesn't belong but this even will be referenced .
