We are super disappointed with the service and the customer service of the employee by the name of "Daniela" first of, do not buy anything here, they are running a bad business model, if u buy a pair and you change your mind, they will not return your money, they will tell you the glasses are scratched when the glasses were brand new, I bought them for Christmas as a surprise for my wife but she did not like them so went back to return them and they said "they're are scratched..." when I swear on the things I love them most, my wife never wore them not once, just to try them on and they went right back to the box... and they said they could not give me my money back because they were scratched... when I made sure they gave me a "brand new" pair out of the box for this same reason and they still did not accept my return, I told them that's how I got them and they said "oh well, it's our policy and we cannot give u the money back..." I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and since we were disappointed and bother for the unfairness, we were telling them how possible could that be and the girl "Daniela" stated getting an attitude like she was the owner, I had to tell her she needed to keep her composure because she was being rude and disrespectful with her attitude, tone of voice, and body language, my wife was telling her that she was going to complain about her customer service and she replied "DO IT..." repeatedly, and she kept making smart remarks and I even said, "dang, your still going..." even her co-worker told her to stay quiet and calm down, and she would be like, "No why?? Why should I stay quiet..." and on and on and on... I told her because you are an employee and we deserve good customer service, we have bought so many glasses and have spent thousands and we surely did not deserve that kind of attitude... they have lost our business, and to top it off, another couple came in when we were there with the same exact situation as mine and they did "the same thing" OMG, they are running a scam, they do the same to anyone who tries to return the glasses, they claim they are "scratched"... they check and check and they put the glasses under the loop and they find any tiny little imperfections to tell you they are scratched and they say "we don't know what you do with them when you go outside the store..." unbelievable... total dissatisfaction and bad moment at the store... we will not comeback and they have lost a loyal customer, for the bad customer service attitude after we spent thousands over a period of time... I rather buy from Macys or the actual name store where the will accept returns, no questions asked... save your time and money and go elsewhere...

I went to this location today at 1pm and met with the nicest attendant, Gayle. The thing was I didn't purchase any today I came here to have my pair of Rayban's adjusted that I bought from a different location before pandemic. There were 4 or 5 people inside the store including me and it was just by herself but she wasn't flustered or I didn't feel that she was rushing me. She helped me as if I'm the only one there. I like that she asked if I liked it and if its still not comfortable she said that she can adjust more and to top it all, I showed her my sunglass case that was broken, she somehow found another new case not identical but gave it to me for free! So yeah, here's to you Gayle who loves to help her customers more than anything else. Cheers!

Gayle and German are awesome ! I called with some questions and was told the would call me back, expecting to not hear back, Gayle called to update me which was surprising from experiences at other places ! Also in store German was amazing with his customer service. Give that man and woman a raise!

Really bad service, I was at plaza Bonita mall, and i ask for advise on glasses for women, and they just ignore me and walk away, mi wife feel very bad is are first time at this branch, and we not coming back again to this branch, as salesperson the business is the people buying his products, and be kind, I think they are in the wrong job.
