Please dont waste you valuable time when it comes to the company! we went to this company with cash in hand regarding purchasing a trip that was advertised to me and my family. When going to complete the transaction we where then told that there was a 3.5% charge that was going to be input into the pricing due to processing fees. when trying to explain to the rep/manager in charge Solita C Hines she explained to me that the advertising did not have the fine print of the pricing but that the company tells you verbally. ! Unfortunately, we had input trust and time into this company by taking time off for work and making arrangements to experience this trip. There was no resolutions for the inconvenience i feel like this company takes advantage of people that are looking to experience a trip that is affordable but then charges hidden fees on the side verbally. this is completely unacceptable, Complaints when be initiated and followed up within time due to the issues

I loved the journey to the holy land tour! Solita organized and led our group of 75 for the entire two weeks. We had a lovely time and always felt special. Looking forward to another tour with them in the future.

My family & I recently went on the Holy Land Tour through Sunrise Express and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. For an unbeatable price, they truly exceeded our expectations. Everything went seamless and they took care of us every second of the way.

Holy Land Tour October 2022:Excellent service for a great price. Tours, hotel, transportation, food & beverage were all amazing. I enjoyed it so much. I will definitely travel to the Holy Land with Sunrise Express again.

Probably one of the shittiest customer's experiences I've had. My car was over 3 hours late and I got little to no communication from sunrise express. Car was not even dropped off near me. Had to call an Uber to pick it up. Would never use this service again, it was a nightmare and the dispatcher was unhelpful. Would give it 0 stars if I could
